I was told by a rude receptionist that "her panel is closed." I did not know what she meant & proceeded to give her my medical information. She then YELLS... HER PANEL IS CLOSED! I apologized for not understanding office jargon & she told me that the Doctor was not accepting anymore new patients. Well if someone had posted that to your website (the one that states: ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS) I would have chosen a different doctor. While I'm sure the doctor is unaware of the situation, that's no excuse for rude customer/patient service. Good help, while not easy to find, is certainly not impossible.

I was referred to PT by my back doctor. The therapist who did my intake seemed disinterested and…read morebored. There was never any continuity; I had a different therapist each visit. The last time I was there I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only one waiting; I saw a couple of patients leave after finishing their therapy. I saw the manager go in and out of her office, never acknowledging I was even there. The receptionist was nice, apologetic, tried to help, but I finally walked out. I worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I could not not have been less impressed. If you need PT, go somewhere else.

This facility and its therapists vastly exceeded my expectations. They are very patient, caring, and professional! They are flexible in scheduling. They offer Neurostar TMS non-pharmaceutical treatment for depression and our family member benefitted immensely from this treatment. They run appointments, especially Neurostar appointments, right on time, and doctor's appointments are usually pretty good, although I would say to be aware that Dr. Rivera is willing to put in the time to understand each patient, and there should be a few short minutes flexibility -- because next visit it may be you who benefits from that extra attention. I saw no hope and no future for myself. My broken heart and grief were getting worse daily. My daughter and my adult son and his wife pretty much staged an intervention and convinced me to seek therapy for my mental health. Suffice to say it saved my life. Both therapists I had were excellent and all of the other personnel there I met were friendly and welcoming. Very professional. I can't reccomend this place enough. If you or your loved one is suffering from depression or grief come to the mental health center ASAP. Loss is devastating and horrible but there is a way to cope and go on living.
