Gave notice of move out and was locked out of my unit before the month was over. There was no…read moreemergency support for this type of issue and the only thing I was told was to call back in 2 days on the last day I have to move everything out. It's not the fault of the phone representative, but this should not have been an issue in the first place and the owner should have an emergency contact number to get these things taken care of quickly. It's also very frustrating to be told that there is no record of my tenancy when I have emails documenting this whole process.

It was all great. Very clean facility with awesome security. Never felt like the things I kept…read morethere during a long transition would be stolen or damaged. My husband and I cleared out the unit just before the new year to make our move across the country. Literally 1200 miles away. It was stressful and long as we had our pets with us. It was also the new year once we arrived to our destination. If you can imagine, we weren't totally settled when we arrived. We called back to cancel our unit from being charged some time after the new year and left a message. Carla called back and said our unit won't be charged and we apologized for the delay in getting back to her. I'm not sure how but a message was left after where she had a few choice expletives and f bombs she had to say about us. Really disheartening considering we always tried to be as respectful as possible when dealing with the company. Overall the experience was great. But it really stunk to deal with that.
