Then a month later I get a bill for over $600 for the first PT visit. How can a patient know what to expect? It is unreasonable to be so off in their estimated cost. They had my insurance so I'm stunned they can't get the estimate even close.

I went to the Running PTs as I had a few runner friends who had been using them. Erin was awesome and quick to offer some strengthening exercises to correct my knee issues. I was also dealing with a mild case of PF, and she gave me some proactive treatment to take care of that as well. Over the course of a couple of months, I saw Erin (and in one instance, Lee) weekly. I did various exercises, treatments, dry needling, cupping, etc. I am currently running pain free and am very pleased with their overall service. I narrowed it down to 3 places and am so glad we went with Kaci and Pam at Breakthrough. The staff is so friendly and responsive but most importantly they are experienced and knowledgeable. My son loves going to his "gym" and we are seeing so much progress already.
