I had to bring my four-year-old into my appointment today, and Dr. Bennett took a few moments after my adjustment to walk him around and show him a spine and a skeleton, and he's been talking about her and that skeleton all day! I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I receive from Dr. Hugo Torres and Melissa Richards, CRNP. Recently, I had a problem after hours and Dr. Gunawardane was covering. Dr Gunawardane was very concerned and helpful in resolving my problem. I usually see Melissa Richards, NP for my monthly office visits. The office support staff is absolutely exceptional. I am always greeted with a warm and welcoming hello when I enter the office. Melissa is not only attentive and thorough, but also takes the time to explain my treatment options. They are also open to considering my suggestions regarding my treatment plan and care about what I have to say. They listen to my observations of my treatment and consider my condition with great empathy and respect. They explain the purpose of their recommendations so that I may understand the alternatives and limitations. They don't just hand me my opioid prescriptions and say "see you next month", like some of the other pain management office's have done to me. Melissa listens and talks with me and makes sure all my questions have been addressed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before. Wowzers, their service level is a 10/10!! Austin is a great conversationalist and I love that it's not just a one-sided convo. He was very patient, compassionate and empathetic. After scheduling an appointment 4 weeks in advance, she is notoriously late from 30 to 55 minutes for each appointment. She barely looks or speaks to you during your appointment. She constantly checks her phone or types on a lap top. She will want to hold your hands a pray, read religious scripts to you and suggest you join her religious prayer/cult group. She even gave me a phone number to call and meet her prayer cult daily at 6am and 6 pm. One make doctor at the practice told me to NEVER Schedule an appointment with him, only with a PA. I asked Dodzi-Bell for 8 months to please order an updated MRI because the pain was getting worse. She didn't. My new MRI with a real doctor at a Spine center shows my condition has deteriorated. I need a spine fusion. CLEARWAY PAIN will take your money but only push medication or shots. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY'S MONEY. Call center suck. Scheduling an appointment 28 days in advance with DODZI-BELL ALWAYS run 30 to 50 minutes OR MORE late and they don't listen to YOUR concerns. Horrible business practices!!!! One of the last comments I heard was "You will be billed at the time of service and **If there are any subsequent bills, they will be mailed to you." Years ago I saw an orthopedic doctor who charged me $150 at the appointment and **subsequent bills** for which there was no rhyme or reason, brought my total expenditures to nearly $500. I will not go to anyone who adopted this practice.
