I hired Veritas Carpet Cleaning after many failed attempts at getting urine odor out of my carpet…read morefrom a sick animal. I was able to text the company and get an appointment. They showed up right when they said they would and got straight to work. So far, after 24 hours, the odor hasn't come back (which can happen with urine, damn animals). I was told that they cannot guarantee complete odor removal, so I'm crossing my fingers. (I will note that the smell has always come back by hour 10 when I did it myself, so this is hopefully a good sign.) They also told me that they use the best/strongest animal solution available on the market for professional carpet cleaners, so way better than anything you can buy at Publix I would recommend this company (and have done so on my Nextdoor app) and would use them again in the future. I will note that they have a $100 minimum, and as a small business owner myself, I totally understand that and am fine with it. I will update in a few weeks as to the status of odor return. I'm hoping it stays away!! Eta: it's been a week and no odor has returned. I'm really hopeful it's gone for good!!
