I tried this place because many people recommended the pizza. Sadly not the best experience! I enjoyed the nice location at Avenida Atlântica and the architecture of the restaurant. Unfortunately the service was less than what I expected. The host at the entrance was okay, the gentleman in charge of sitting people found us a spot in about 30 minutes. We were offered a beverage after sitting for 10 minutes, pizza was okay, nothing extraordinary, server never came back to offer an additional beverage after we were served. After we ate our pizza we waited for another 15 minutes just to ask for the check, the servers all seem to be uninterested in the customers. No sense of urgency or service, everyone just there because they have to not because serve. Overall bad service!! We had time to analyze every aspect of the place while we waited for someone to remember we were at the table along with two other tables around us that were also wanting more water and more drinks! What a shame for such a booming location and nice place. We decided not to order any more desserts nor drinks since we had to wait for so long. Very unsatisfactory. I guess they don't care since this place is always busy and has a 30 minute wait time.
On a more positive note... it has a children's small playground (pretty cool) it's clean and nicely arranged and it has a good wine selection. They price is okay for the nice place! I hope they manage to improve their awful service! Pizza was soso. Did I mention the awful service? ...Lol read more
