Consequently here we are! I came, I tried it, I came back home... and here I am... The staff are very friendly, and very welcoming when you come in. After ordering, for the first time I was asked if I wanted to add any extra toppings. Seriously, a lot of places offer this service, but rarely are you ever asked about it. You may think it's a small thing, but it stuck in my mind. The wait time felt a little long, but I did go at a busy time. When the pizza arrived it was amazing. The drive home was a hard one, and biting into the pizza, the first thing I noticed was the dough. What did they do to the dough? It's magnificent! Maybe they did nothing, maybe it was supplied to them that way. Either way, it was really good. The toppings were plentiful and the cheese was nice. Well I don't think this is standard practice, but my partner got some lovely flowers from the owner which made her day... I admit, I don't buy them for her as often as I probably should... So she'd say anyway. The pizza was loaded with toppings and offered a nice flavourful bite. The cheese was nice and thick, which while it tasted good probably wasn't the best thing for me. Still, we don't eat pizza as a diet food, so who cares. An awesome little place locked away behind Ingle Farm Shopping Centre.

The chef was so friendly, when I asked what the gorgeous photos on his wall came from, he told me stories of his trips overseas back home to the beautiful pristine islands of Italy, and all his cousins. I get the impression this place hasn't been around all that long or it's just undergone an upgrade. It looks very new and it has a web site. Their prices do reflect this and they're maybe a dollar or two more than other places. You get what you pay for here though. They do offer specials so check out the website first as you may get a bargain. The variety of pizzas is pretty good and the way they make them is rather satisfying as well. Toppings are plentiful and the sauce is strong but not overpowering. Overpowering base sauce can ruin a pizza and they don't go overboard here. As I said, I was surprised with this place. It's locked away from the main roads but it's well worth going out of your way for.
