A small pizza takeaway, I believe there's about enough room for 5 maybe 6 customers at a time. Anyway, lets talk about the pizza. The first thing that greets you before you enter the shop, is the aroma! then the person behind the counter. I ordered a large Pepperoni Lover. Waiting time was roughly 10 minutes, it went by fast as we struck up a conversation on football; boys will be boys. Tidy place and great customer service. The pizza tasted much better than it looked. You could tell that the ingredients were fresh! The prices are not that bad plus they have some great deals too. I'm definitely going back for more.

My friend and I had a small wait when we first arrived as I think the waiters thought we were waiting for takeout. Once they realised we were seated straight away. There aren't many tables in the restaurant as it is quite small so it was quite a squeeze once the table back to back with ours was filled. I started with a garlic bread, the menu referred to it as focaccia bread but it was really a pizza base garlic bread. I found it quite large for a starter and probably wouldn't have ordered it had I realised but it was tasty and I ended up saving part of it to eat with my main. For my main dish I had the lasagne and it was truly delicious. I was so impressed. If I ever go back, the lasagne will definitely be what I order! My friend and I shared a bottle of prosecco, but as the restaurant is so small, you do tend to feel like you need to drink up and move on. The waiters were very friendly and when we left they embraced us and gave us both a double kiss on the cheeks! It is a great addition to the area and I look forward to going back. They have also recently started serving brunch, so I will have to try to their brunch menu as well!

Named a traditional Neapolitan restaurant, you enter and instantly feel at home. We were seated upstairs by a warming fire and the waiters instantly brought water and the menus. The calamari was green, green and divine - perfectly cooked and not remotely chewy. The bruschetta was crunchy and covered in oil - just the way I like it. I then had the Pizza Lesbica: Half tomatoes, mozzarella, extra virgin, mushrooms, parmesan and basil. Not so much…read more Zizzi is a chain restaurant like Pizza Express that serves up your run of the mill pasta, fancy salads that cost £10-£12 and pizza. The pasta is good, definitely better than Olive Garden (the closest comparison coming from an American expat) and their pizzas are average (once you eat it, you don't really think about it). If you bring a friend and your Tastecard, it comes out to about £6-£8pp depending on what you order. Service is pleasant and fast. I usually come here when I forget my lunch or am still hungry after eating my lunch.

For some reason, all toppings seem to be exactly the same price, so you can spend less time working out the cheapest way of getting your toppings and instead decide what you actually want to eat! Supersize pizza only £7.95, which is a bargain, and unusually for a drunken-fare kind of takeaway place, you can order thin crust and watch them spin the dough themselves! Pizza itself was actually rather good, too, with a generous amount of topping. Not exactly gourmet fare, but a good local takeaway shop (especially for after sloppy nights out!).
