First off, we were seated with our 1 yo infant and the waitress just left without asking about a high chair. After waiting a few minutes I got up and grabbed one. As I was sitting down the waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order. Maybe we would have been if I didn't have to go get a high chair myself. I then accidentally spilled a glass of water (100 percent my fault) and as we were cleaning it she came (this was literally about a minute after her last visit) and asked if we were ready to order while we were busy wiping off water. When we looked at her funny, and said "uh no" she just walked away. Another waitress noticed and moved us tables and said not to worry about it (Koodos to her). We were in midst of switching tables (about 2 minutes after her last visit and she came over again and asked if we were ready to order. Again, we looked at her like uh seriously?... I went to change the baby as he was wet from my spill as well and while I was gone she came again about a minute later. Once I came back from changing him we didn't hear from her for about 10 minutes... once we ordered, I ordered my salad to start and got my garlic fingers first. When the salad came, lettuce was all brown. Complained and got a new salade with all green. Wife had salad with chicken, and found five measly pieces of chicken. Her lettuce was also half browned Waitress blamed it on the owner being there and saying that weight wise that was the portion they were allowed to sell. Judge for yourself but we won't be back here. While I understand I spilled the water, I was completely shocked at the service and understanding. While we were waiting for our food, a potential customer came in, waited at cash for a few minutes and called out while no one answered, then he just walked out. read more
