I really liked the Noisettine (hazelnut chocolate biscuit with milk chocolate mousse) that was recommended highly by the server. Also interesting was the Valencia (spiced biscuit with orange and chocolate mousse layers and dark chocolate). A Pougnier would be the one shop in Cornavin Geneva I'd repeatedly return to.
