Good location as no other pizza joints in the area. There's a dominoes but I don't consider nationwide chains as legit pizza joints. Local pizza is always better! Located at the corner of Benton and Winchester in the Stater Bros parking lot. There's plenty of parking. Pizza is good and priced right. Family of four can eat in for under $40 with salad bar and drinks. Everyone will leave full and satisfied. There are several private rooms I've used for a couple of team parties in the past. These have TV and a door so you can be away from the general restaurant crowd. The kids love the arcade. It's not huge but better than most restaurant arcades. The prizes are cheap if course but that's to be expected. While the pizza is good, it's not quite as good as some other local spots which is the only thing holding it back from 5 stars. I liked it. The honey was craving a non corporate franchised pizza joint. My husband bought a bunch of these little fundraiser cards with coupons on them so we got the buy an XL pizza get a medium cheese pizza for free deal. They ordered the Combo Awesome pizza, idk i forgot what it was actually called....and he gave me the medium cheese with meatballs and red onions. And a dozen Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies and a 2 liter Fanta. While waiting for our order the kids and i played games. It was cool. I had fun!! The pizza was good. Meatball was flavorful. The crust was good. Nice crunchy outter crust with soft chewy inner part of the dough. It wasn't salty like corporate franchised pizzas are. I went there with some of my friends and their plates had grease, white crumbly stuff on there plates their arcade was not cleaned it had dirt and dust on every machine and the floor was dirty, had oily spots on it and needed to be swept and mopped. Their salad buffet was super disorganized and the were mixed with other salads and it took them 30 minutes to give me a medium pizza. Would not recommend and Stadium Pizza is 100x better read more

When I moved to this area 14 yrs ago it was really tasty for a couple years. you you it's bad when your kids say eewww what happened to the pizza...I noticed it to, I dont know if there was new management or what. This place has gone down hill, it's a hit and miss, They never seem to get your order correctly the pizza looks like something from a $5.00 pizza place with a Premium price. I've pretty much given up on this place So tired of paying $25 for a pizza when it comes out soggy then greasy soaking through the box and it's poor quality! I don't know what happened to this place it used to be really good now it's a hit and miss and we are tired of gambling to see if the pizzas is going to be either made correctly or if I'm going to get an incorrect pizza toppings. It's gotten to the point Where we don't order anything else from the menu because they can't get the order correctly. We always order from Pizza Factory! It's one of the only pizza places that deliver to us which is a plus. We've tried multiple pizzas and wings and breadsticks from them and we love it! Every delivery driver has been nice so far! Sometimes they forget my side dips but other than that they're great! read more

When your staff all go outside at the same time to the back of the store, then all come back at the same time and start making pizza's again and playing around with the flour putting there hands in the flour and placing there hand prints on each others backs and chest leaving the little marks then whipping the shirts off then continued to make pizza...... Not one of these employees washed a hand or a finger at all. The only employees who washed hands were the delivery drivers. First time buying from here. I ordered a couple pizzas for delivery, and they arrived about an hour later. I ordered a topping on only one half of one of the pizzas, but they decided to ignore that. The delivery guy seemed annoyed and rude. After signing the receipt and trading it for the pizza boxes, I said "thank you" and he just walked away without a word... I regret giving any tip. The pizzas themselves tasted ok, but one was extremely extremely greasy and the other had some of the crust still a bit raw. If you're going to charge such crazy prices for pizza (and not even have promos/coupons available), then you should really make sure that -- you make the order right, the pizza's baked properly, you hire people that practice excellent customer service, and that your pizza is the tastiest in town. Once we were done, we spent some dollas in the arcade area and although it was small and a couple games were broken, it was enough entertainment for our party of 4 grown adults. Personally I thought the price was a little high for the large pizza that we ordered, but we should've gone with a smaller pizza anyway... plus, they always send coupons in the mail too so that definitely helps.
