Not everything here is great, but there is some delicious food, so I recommend you give it a try.

The food was good. I ordered a two topping large with garlic bread sticks and a soda. Since it was over 25$ I got a free soda. When I walked in I was greeted with a " hang on we will help you soon" then about 5 minutes later I was finally greeted. Customer service could be better. Tried for 10 minutes to use the online ordering system, and it just kept circling and circling and circling. It never actually took me to a page where I could look at the menu and I couldn't tell if they had any specials and when I called to let them know, they asked me if I had used the app. Lord God. That's the last thing I need is another app. That's OK because there are plenty places to eat pizza that they're online ordering system actually works. I like pizza guys but they're not worth spending 10 minutes trying to place a single order or look at their menu or see if they have specials or any of that. It's just not worth it. read more

So in past I avoided this place. Recently began going again, it seems a lot better. I think it's a better staff and management than it was a few years ago. They have good deals weekly and service is very friendly. Recently they messed up an order, but mistakes happen. When I called them the manager took care of me and made things right and I felt good about continuing to spend our money there. They seem to have more on the menu now than they used to, and their salads are very good. The med salad is really good so is the spinach salad... Pizza deals are worth a try. read more

This is evening we picked up pizzas with Michele M since it's their family tradition to order on Fridays and although it was a bit of a wait, everything came out hot, fresh and sealed for protection. Good thing so I could resist the urge to devour the whole pie! Lol I was hungry! This may be up their now with one of my favorite pizza pies! First bite of the Pizza Guys Combo I was pleasantly surprised, the sausage instantly stood out! It was juicy, incredibly flavorful and thick!! From the onions, bell peppers, etc. this pizza pie was loaded with veg! And don't get me started on the Cup & Crisp Pepperoni Duo, from the generous dusting of cheese, saltiness from the crisp Pepperoni, that's amore! Both pizza pies gave me a straight up foodgasm in my mouth, I couldn't help but say over and over, "oh man, mmm it's sooo good!" Not to mention the crust on these pizzas was incredible and this is coming from someone who is picky on what crust she chows down on. I practically inhaled each slice and ate 3.5 slices, that's a lot for me! And you know what? I don't even feel guilty about it! I would definitely recommend this location, it had been awhile since I visited one of their establishments and remember their frequent bogo deals and decently priced pizza pies! This location also offers contactless delivery at this time due to the state shut down. Our Pizzas were fresh and all tasted delicious. The crust was cooked perfectly, the pizza wasn't greasy on the bottom. The pizzas had the perfect amount of topping on each pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas so we had left overs for another meal later. 1st pizza was a Pizza Guys Combo 2nd pizza the Bacon Chicken Pizza(1st time trying this one and I am so glad we did. The pizza was amazing and we will buy again. Only wish it had more bacon on it.) 3rd pizza was a pepperoni pizza Pizza Guys always has some great pizza specials. Extremely greasy pizza. The box stained my car. I wanted to like this but it was too much.

The customer service is horrible- never received the pizza. Got a text pizza was on its way- 40 min later no pizza I called and a girl said driver was in accident and another driver was going to pick up pizza and bring it. I asked if pizza was going to be remade since it was 45 min in the box at that point . Girl said no do you want refund. I said no and she hung up. I called back and asked when was eta for pizza and she said I don't know- then I said I want refund. Of course with the girls lack of understanding that i paid for over $50 of food and she's not trying to make it right was frustrating. I asked for supervisor or mgr and she said no one was there just her. I said I want refund and she said it would be 3-4 days and hung up. I even in the beginning when she said driver was in accident was sympathetic and said I'm sorry to hear. The lack of communication and understanding as a service worker was surprising to me.. the young girl obviously is in the wrong line of work. read more

Ordered and paid online and was told it would be an hour delivery for our pizza. Was told that we would receive text updates as well, which were not received. Tried to call to get update since no texts were received and it had now been an hour and a half. Nobody picks up phone, only recording. My wife placed this order, on her birthday, through DoorDash (DD). When her calzone was found to be incorrect, she called PG & was told that she had to either accept a store credit or come in to get the correct calzone. As a manager of a restaurant, I know that DD will send another driver, in the event of a restaurant's mistake. I called PG & asked the girl who answered the phone to do just that. I was told "we can't do that". I said that her manager can definitely do that. I heard her talking to a guy (presumably, her manager), who said, "I don't think we can do that". She got back on the line & reiterated that they "couldn't ask DD to send another driver". I said, "My restaurant does it all the time. It sounds to me like your mgr won't do that". She responded, "They're different restaurants. Have a nice night" & hung up on me. Keep in mind, PG have their own drivers, if they really want to avoid admitting their mistake to DD. I proceeded to drive to PG to get the correct calzone, as this was seemingly my only option. When I arrived in the parking lot, I called DoorDash's Merchant Support # and told them I was a manager at PG. I gave them the order#, & when asked for my name, for verification purposes, I said the name "Ivan", which was also printed on my wife's receipt. Lo & behold, they agreed to send another driver, like they always do. I then entered PG & asked for the corrected calzone. It was handed to me without a word, by a girl w/ colorful hair (I presume the one I'd talked to on the phone, b/c she was the only girl I could see). I told her that I had called DD myself and arranged a new driver to come to PG & that she should tell the driver why they had to make an unnecessary trip b/c they were unwilling to even try calling them. A male employee (forgettable, scrawny punk, w/ glasses), behind the counter then asked me what restaurant I work for. I responded, "It's irrelevant, but _____. Come on in some time, or order DoorDash from us and we'll take care of you, instead of giving BS excuses". He then yelled, "Get the f*@% out of here", which I did, with my wife's corrected calzone. 25 min later, a DD driver arrived at my door w/ 3 calzones. I assume the PG staff said nothing to the DD driver about the situation & just gave them the food, to avoid any further questions. That's a total of 7 calzones made, to 3 calzones paid, all to avoid admitting their own ignorance of the industry. I told the DD driver to take the food home to their family. UPDATE 8/16: I still haven't heard from anyone at Pizza Guys about their employee telling me to "GTFO of here" and I continue to tell everyone I can about it. read more

I love the pizza but it's been multiple times that I don't get ranch with my order, and ranch is extra. Lesson learned. Always check the bag before you leave the store. Other than that, pizza is delicious. read more

Unfortunately, I wasn't paying attention and I ordered and it was from this location. My bad. I got 1 Ranch sauce for 8 of the garlic rolls. The picture I've attached is for my entire order. Nine (9) individually customized pizzas--on time, hot, and correct, even with two last minute calls for persnickety changes. Take that DiGiorno! We usually order one specialty pizza with some persnickety customization and as carb watchers always on thin crust. Service and pizza have never come up short, even when calling in changes to online orders. These Guys and Gals cheerfully complete orders successfully, are generous with the toppings, and the pies are good. read more

To start off saying, I've been coming to this location ever since we moved to the area. And have been extremely loyal to pizza guys. However, today was the end of it. Today, 8/6/2020, I ordered food for my office and the lady at the front (Young looking, blackish hair) took care of me. However, I have never seen someone hate their job more. I asked her for some ranch and she just went to the back grabbed the ranch, came back and just threw it in the bag without saying anything and just mumbled something under her breath. Girl, if you don't like working there then leave. Because the business is loosing customers because of you. I have worked at a pizzeria for 5 years and yes you can have hard days but you need to know how to put up a front and do your job as a customer service worker. Or this is not for you. The workers here are literally so rude!!!! Never ordering here again. They literally give you dirty looks if you ask for anything. And they really should start staying in their phone calls with he customers that everyone has to have an ID on them if they are paying with a card. The manager, Mark, finally called me to talk about this. Mark told me I'd need a note from a doctor to "prove" I was poisoned by his food. I told Mark I didn't give a fuck if he believes me or not. Mark then put me on hold three separate times before coming back and saying the store was getting busy. He asked if he could call me back later because he couldn't give me the "attention I deserve". Guy on the phone had an attitude from the start, condescending as if I was too stupid to understand the details of the 2 for 1 offer. My card declined twice which is very unusual, so I checked the online transactions and it stated the transaction was declined from the vendor end. I spoke with the visa card rep via online chat and resolved the issue. Called this business back and told them it was a technical error on their end and I'd like to try again. THE MAN ON THE PHONE ARGUED WITH ME, CLAIMING THAT UNLESS ITS A DIFFERENT CARD, RUNNING THE SAME CARD AGAIN WOULD JUST GET THE SAME RESULT, AND THAT THE MISTAKE ISN'T FROM HIS END. Implying what? That I'm wrong and I'm poor? That he's taking this technical mistake personally?? I asked him to please try again and if it didn't work over the phone I'd just come down in person and speak to the manager. He COCKILY replied "I AM the manager and if it declined over the phone being here in person isn't going to change anything." With concerns around COVID-19, you would think as a food establishment, all restaurants would step up their cleaning and sanitation processes. This includes the hygiene of their employees. Well that is not the case with this Pizza Guys location... I visited this location to pick up my order, when I arrived it was clear as you walked in they are not taking extra precautions during COVID-19. The thing that got me, not only was witnessing all the employees without gloves on but watching the same employee that just handled cash at the register walk back and stick his bare hands into the pizza toppings WITHOUT washing his hands! We went to order a 'build your own' style pizza. There was no clear indication of toppings price but we never imagined toppings would be costing $2.50 each in addition to the $14 base. Why does it cost so much for each topping? Why aren't the toppings priced according to their market value? I think its rude to demand the customer to pay for cheaper ingredients as though they are of the same value as the more expensive ingredients. I can't imagine many people actually use this option. The man who took my order was confused and I had to explain the menu option. It was cheaper for us to order a pizza with more toppings on it from the menu. I always order online, so idk about the customer service, id rather not deal with people seeing all of the reviews, so I'm glad online is an option. they did call once to confirm something on my order and the guy was nice. delivery drivers are always nice. they don't give plates, napkins, etc with delivery, maybe cause I didn't ask but I asked my friend that works at the main location and she said they always do even if they don't ask for it. but its k no biggie, just one star less for that. pizza is bomb dot com as always. love the bacon chicken supreme! never had a prob with the delivery time and we order like once a week. read more

I've always ordered from them no problem the last 3 times I have ordered from them my pizza has been delivered almost 2 hours after I placed my order!
