Second time ordering, second time getting the "Your pizza is ready!" text... while my pizza was still very much enjoying its time in the oven. The first time this happened, I didn't think much of it because the pizza was loaded with toppings and tasted great. Waiting a few extra minutes felt worth it. This time? Different story. The pizza that showed up looked noticeably lighter on toppings than our first order. It wasn't just me being picky--even my husband immediately commented, "That's weird, it didn't look like that before." When your customer notices the difference before taking a bite, that's probably not a great sign. Since this was the second time getting a premature "ready for pickup" notification, I asked why it keeps happening. Noah, who was helping at the register, simply said, "I don't know." While honest, it's not exactly the most confidence-inspiring customer service response. I then spoke with someone else who explained that they were backed up and had to print out all the orders and when they print the orders, the system automatically sends a "pizza is ready" message--even though the pizza is not ready. The bigger issue for me wasn't the wait--it was the lack of consistency. Our first pizza was excellent and generously topped. The second felt like a completely different product at the same price point. There are a lot of pizza options in the area at similar prices, and consistency matters. I didn't even realize there were solid pizza options outside of the big names like Papa Johns, Domino's, and Pizza Hut--but this place definitely surprised me. I ordered a pizza online, and what stood out the most was the dough. It was way better than what I've had at Domino's or Pizza Hut--fresh, soft, and really enjoyable. One thing I wish was handled better: if you spend over $25 and do pickup, you can get a free 2-liter drink. It would've been nice if the staff mentioned that upfront. Been back to Pizza Guys twice since our first visit, both times pizzas were ready VERY quick! Less than 15 minutes from order to pickup. Food has continued to be excellent as we've tried different pizzas off the menu each time. Glad they got their staffing down! read more

Have recently been seeing ads and reels for Pizza Guys. Not sure if this is a new chain or ....? They had a 40% off special 3 topping going on, so I called from my car after work cuz it was on my way home. The guy who answered was very friendly as she was the girl also when I arrived. Ordered a three topping: Cup Pepperoni, Sausage & Mushroom They have a few specialty crusts, but I just went for the standard, which did come out looking and tasting very standard. (not a good or bad thing, just standard) My normal "go to" is Domino's (which stepped up their game the last few years), so in comparison here, Domino's standard crust is much better IMO. Pizza Guys is too thick and heavy. As for price, with the 40% off coupon, the large was $18 out the door (as compared to Domino's special price of $14, but I think if you use the app, you can get it for $10) Your pizza is very standard, Pizza Guys, your employees are overly friendly and accommodating and the cup Pepperoni is delicious... but... Pizza Guys took over the Valuetina's space on Westminster and Edwards. They were offering a free large pizza coupon ($28 value) a few days before their grand opening weekend. The staff is very nice and the service was great. I phoned in my order on Friday around lunchtime. I ordered a 1/2 Texas BBQ and 1/2 Spinach Garlic Chicken pizza. I also got an order of their Cheezee Garlic Rolls with creamy pesto dipping sauce $9. I like that they allow you to do half/half pizzas and customize. The Texas BBQ pizza was the better of the two and had good flavor. The Spinach Garlic Chicken pizza was also good. The pizzas, however, were average at best and Costco's tastes a little better. The Cheezee Garlic Rolls came with an order of 8 pieces. They were good until you bite into the middle. There was way too much sauce. Everything was on the salty side. The pizza is a little thin. It's in a small plaza where other establishments are located like a sushi place and Mexican place Inside is small as there are no dine in option except chairs to wait for your order. Got a card for free 3-topping pizza. Order 3-topping large pizza with pepperoni, ham and pineapple chunks. If chose to wait after placing order, it takes around 20-30 minutes. Aside from that, order 6-piece Frank's chicken wings (hottest one). Wings comes with ranch but cost additional for other sauces After waiting, manager/worker always apologize for the wait. That's a plus but the manager ensures pizzas are worth the wait. Well, it looks awesome but only complaint: uneven slices. Ate at home and it's awesome. This is my second time coming here now and the first time I went the food was so delicious! I ended up getting a large of the garlic chicken pizza and the quality was great! The first time I came I forgot to tag on a coupon and at the counter a very friendly staff member helped me out. If you place an order on the website there are a ton of coupons you can apply easily. Also when you order you can pay in store which I love! The staff here are so friendly and the owner is as well! This is solely to go and you get a free 2 L soda with a $25+ purchase when you pick up. The parking is large so you don't need to worry too much about it. The store is very clean and maintained. I would definitely come try it out! Yay! So I literally just ordered from this place. I was sad that the other place is gone because I used to go there all the time in high school and it was my favorite pizza spot because it's just down the street from me. But whatever, I decide to give them a chance and I'm happy I did, it's so freaking good! I ordered a calzone and a cheese bread. The calzone is perfectly made. Not only it's aesthetically pretty to look at. It's fresh,toasty yet soft. The inside was filled with the right amount of pepperoni, jalapeño, and pizza sauce with every bite! It's a very generous size too. Perfect for two people. The cheese bread was delicious too! I like that they use mozzarella and ricotta I believe? So you have that nice cheesy pull and a creamy texture that makes it taste extra cheesy! I also really enjoyed their creamy garlic sauce. I can tell they make everything fresh and put care into it. Went back for their opening day. Quite busy with orders online walk-in. I ordered online and came in for another order using their free pizza coupon. Easy order online and in person, just new day and new staffs so abit on figuring in how to combine 2 orders...took about 20mins or less to get orders. The place is new so very clean, plenty of eager & friendly staff. Small place but for to go only, no dine in. Pizza look great and smell delish. Taste wise, not bad at all. Welcome to the neighborhood, Pizza Guys!!! We had been long time customers of Valuetina's and wanted to check out this new spot. We walked in to grab a menu and and received great customer service. The owner, Hooman, was very kind and told us a little about the business. He offered to make us a pizza to check them out so we took him up on his offer to bring home a pizza for our son. Like I said, we were long time customers of the old pizza spot and we even tried them when they moved to a new location, but it wasn't the same. My son is pretty "picky" about his pizza and Pizza Guys did not disappoint! My husband and I had some as well and we both agreed that it is great pizza. The crust is not too thick, not too thin and the sauce is delicious. Most importantly, my son gave it two thumbs up as well. They have a pretty big menu with lots of options, including flatbreads, pasta and salads. We are looking forward to trying some of their other menu items in the near future. read more
