Probably the best pizza you'd find in Bordeaux. I live 2 blocks from here, and so I see a line waiting outside almost all the time. The place is very small. I think there are only 3-4 tables, so it can't accommodate too many people at all. Many of the customers order and pick up their pizzas later. Depending on the time, if you're early, you can get your pizzas ready in 10 minutes, but if you come during the busy period at 8pm and later, expect to wait for 30 minutes or more. If so, the area is right by the river and has great places to stroll and see, so time will go by fast while waiting. My personal recommendation is the Bosciola.
