We order through my phone app and there's always something missing when my husband or whomever I send to pick up the order comes home. Yes, they should check to see if it's all there while in the drive through but...... I call and they can remake it but we're 40 miles round trip, so, nope! They tell me that it'll show up as credit on my app. WHAT?! Never has happened yet, so you're just out some hard earned money!
