If there was an option to leave ZERO stars, I WOULD choose that!!!! My husband called in an order for my family and I today 12/2/22 and went to pick it up at the Antioch Pizza Hut location at 8pm. We had ordered 3 pizzas, one regular crust, and the other two with stuffed crust. When my husband arrived, the lady up front was extremely rude since the beginning. My husband paid and walked away with the pizza. When he got in the car we opened it and noticed all the pizzas we ordered were made wrong, so he walked back in to ask why the pizzas were done that way if we specifically asked for it the way we wanted it, and the lady up front (looks Hispanic and wears glasses) got super offensive and started going off on him and said "we'll what do you want me to do about it?" In a rude and disrespectful way. And he said "well I would like my order to be correct because our family is waiting for it and you gave me my order wrong"... and she was like "well that's going to take an hour longer" and went along with all her little excuses. Mind you, we drove 30 minutes to this place since we don't have one nearby our house. To be treated the way we were treated and on top of that given our pizzas all wrong was unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. An individual like that doesn't deserve to work with people nor should even be allowed a position in a workplace like this if they're not capable of treating costumers respectfully and with a better sense of humor. Ordered a pizza for pick up at 6:30, arrived at 6:33, got home at 640. Opened the pizza it was not fresh, very dried out. Went back in to ask for a fresh pizza, was told to wait 17 minutes. Waited, got the same exact pizza back just heated up. The manager tried to pass it as a fresh pizza and basically blamed me for it not being fresh in the first place. We were charged for items we never received and when we called to let them know they said that we had to drive over there to get our refund!!! Let's talk about my experience tonight at this place ‍ 1st off I came in because every time I do delivery they mess my pizza up, so I ordered 20 minutes before hand and then walked in and got my pizza I knew to look at my pizza since they always mess my pizza up, of course just like usual my pizza is entirely screwed up there's no pepperoni no sauce nor cheese on 1/2 of the pizza straight bread ‍ ..... my pizza being fudged up wasn't the worst part of the night the young man at the cash register which I later found out his name was Brayan had a horrible attitude about it proceeding to say oh well things happen ‍ I'm like huh? This has to be the worst PH experience I have ever had in my life. I've had the Cheesey Bites Pizza before, so when I saw the commercial for it I have been dying to get it. So I placed the order online, I was quoted a time of 11:54, and it was late. But I have worked in management within the pizza industry for over ten years, so I'm patient and rarely ever complain about delivery time because I know what it's like. However, product, that's a whole other store. I don't know if your cook was being lazy, or maybe commisary hadn't arrived for the day, but there was NO CHEESE on this pizza. They had covered it in pepperoni, but as soon as you took a bite it slid off because there was nothing but sauce anchoring it into place. Also, I remember the cheesey bites having a garlic kick to them, whoever made this one just poured garlic seasoning around the box, not even getting the bites. Ordered food for a certain time received a messaged that because I did not answer the call my order was canceled. I put the information but the order was cancelled. We eat here every weekend but my order was cancelled. Like why have it to where you can order online yet if they call before it's time for you order for whatever reason your order will be cancelled! A pizza delivery service that chooses to no longer offer delivery during a time period when the majority of their customers are getting home from work, I asked for and spoke to a manager who stated that they don't have drivers and that's why they don't offer delivery... again, not a sounds business practice for a company that delivers pizza. Three times in three weeks I have ordered Hawaiian pizza. Every single time they call back and say, "sorry we ran out of pineapple for today." Followed by a confirmation of 30-40 minutes for delivery. Each time, AFTER they called me back, it took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. Last night was no different at all, I am so tired of it I answered the phone call with, "out of pineapple again? Just make it a meat lovers then." After ordering my pizza on the website under a coupon for 5.99, I was upcharged to the 7.99 offer due to the overlap of coupons on the site. When I approached the employee at the shop regarding this, all I got was "shrugs". I told him I paid for the stuffed crust, which didn't come through on the computer either. So not only was my pizza not what I ordered, but when I picked it up? Already cold. I wasn't but 10 minutes from the trip there, but somehow it was already cold. Those bags they use to keep the pizza warm in? Complete abominations, go back to the drawing board. I'd have a better chance at keeping damn food warm under the seat of a car. That aside, besides not receiving the correct crust, price and it being cold? They didn't even cut the damn thing through. It was a single solid pie, I mean I could pick it up and dangle it. Honestly If I could give this place zero stars I would first off the employee there a lady with glasses very rude and defensive when I brought it to her attention that my order was wrong..I had big order which everything else was right except they forgot to give me the 2 classic pan pizzas and instead she gave me 2 Detroit style pizzas I go in there and ask they gave me the wrong one and she says we'll if you want the one you ordered it will take an hour to make mind you I paid online and drove from concord which is about a 40 min round trip so she tells me she can credit me for next time I go back but then goes back to telling me that the Detroit style pizza is the same thing as the classic pan pizza which you can clearly see they're different so then she has a attitude and tells me "well what you want to do about it" so instead of trying to talk to this person I just tell her have a good night and leave because obviously she isn't happy at her job and just wants to argue with customers especially when they're in the wrong and gave me my order incorrect! I ordered online for delivery which was a full hour and a half out. Okay, fine. Fifteen minutes past the estimated time of arrival, I call the store to find out what's going on. It turns out the pizza hasn't even LEFT the store yet. No apologies but there was a half-hearted assurance that ours would be the next pizza to go out. Half an hour after that, I call AGAIN to find out just what's going on and am promptly put on hold. For five minutes. Just as I'm getting ready to hang up, dial again, and demand a manager, the pizza finally comes. My family is all hangry (you know, hungry + angry? hangry? Yeah.) and we're none too pleased. Okay, I can understand that and I appreciate the heads up. 20-25mins later the guy tells us that our order is just now being prepared. We were probably sitting there for about an hour. We weren't the only ones having problems either. A couple who had been waiting before us still hadn't had their order fulfilled. The staff kept checking for it and saying it wasn't ready. They checked the rack one last time and had found their order sitting on the rack. Never again. I've tried giving this place so many chances but tonight was my breaking point. We waited 3 HOURS for one pizza. At the two hour mark, I TRIED calling the store. No answer. Called again, no answer. At about the 20th call I gave up. All I wanted to do was cancel my order and receive a refund. Finally, I decided to go grab Little Ceasars for my family. While I was gone, guess what? The pizza showed up and my very pissed off husband told the delivery driver to take it back. He then proceeded to explain what happened and demanded a refund. The pizza was also cold. Luckily, the delivery driver was understanding and professional. It's been about 30 minutes and I still have yet to get through to the store or receive a phone call.
