Over the 2013 holidays I dined inside with my wife and in-laws. My wife and I ordered the meat lovers with added pineapple. The in-laws ordered a white sauce pizza with half pineapple-ham & half green peppers-tomatoes. When our pizzas came out, we got a meat lovers with extra pepperoni and a white pizza with half green peppers and pepperoni and the other half with ham. No pineapple or tomato in sight. When we brought it to their attention the remade the pizza with no complaints. Though, the next morning My wife and I suffered from food poisoning. I haven't been able to even look at pizza since. The service was slow, but friendly. It seemed like our waitress was holding the rest of the crew together. Sad to say, but I wouldn't eat there again even if it was the last pizza place in town. read more

Every time I call for carry out there is some kind of issue! Eat in and service is awful. Plain and simple it's awful.

I'm very disappointed in the delivery service here. I've ordered many times over the last year and there's always some issue. My food is late by twenty or thirty minutes and ice cold, parts of my order are completely missing, or after ordering for delivery I'm called and told there is no delivery for however long. I was willing to keep going back because usually the employees were understanding and willing to rectify my problems but after no improvements have really been made, I'm done ordering from them. read more

I ordered pizza for delivery and received an email that I was supposed to get my pizza in 25-35 min, when my pizza didn't arrive, and was 15 min late, I called them to see if my delivery was still coming. The man who answered the phone stated they didn't have a driver, so I wasn't getting my pizza and that he'd cancel it and refund me my money. That would of been nice to know a few min after my order was placed, not 50 min later, which took me to call to find out what was going on. So now I'm ordering pizza from papa johns and now I have to wait ad additional 65 min for dinner. I'm livid! read more

Placed an order online, was given a delivery time of 45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went, I called the restaurant and they told me it was on its way. 30 minutes passed. I called again and they could not even find my order. Bunch of idiots. read more

This place was disappointing as always. We haven't been here in 4 years, and the cheese sticks, and the stuffed crust pizza was over cooked. And on top of it they left out one of our toppings. The customer service was OK but could have been better. Not coming here again. read more

Quite literally the worst Pizza Hut you will ever go to. Every time I call, I have to wait 10+ minutes at least for someone to answer. When they do, the excuse is that the power went out, every time. I find it hard to believe that the power was out here every time I called over three months. But worry not! The in-house service is even worse, wrong drink orders and wrong pizza orders are in order here! I waited tables for two years, so I hate to write a bad review unless unless it's deserved ten times over, as people often just are having an off day. Neverthe less, I'd give this Pizza Hut a 0 out of 100 would not Pizza again. Go to the Papa John's down the road, they give 50% off for active military. read more

Ordered pizza a few weeks ago for carry out...huge wait to even pay, when I finally got my order they were missing my bread sticks so we had to wait even longer. My pizza was missing the BBQ DRIZZLE and when I got my bread sticks they tried to charge me again. My breadsticks were cold so apparently we didn't wait for fresh ones. The only redeeming quality of this experience was I wrote a complaint and pizza Hut sent a me a few coupons. I drive further for pizza Hut than I do for Papa Johns which I'd rather eat, but pizza huts stuff crust is something my husband craves. read more

I ordered a 2 pizzas, breadsticks, spaghetti, and a personal pan pizza over the phone and asked if it could be ready by 6, and they said yes. I gave them my information and informed them that my husband would be picking it up. My husband arrived and they told him that they never got an order under my name or in his. So, I called the number again to see if I had the wrong Pizza Hut and they answered and said they hadn't started on mine because they thought I said it would be picked up at 6 (it was 5:48). When I inquired as to why they didn't just tell my husband that and that it would be ready in a couple of minutes, they couldn't give me an answer. I placed an order online. When we got there they didn't/couldn't find the order. We reordered and waited on them to fix it. The food was good but the service was terrible. They did get busy but the waitress didn't even check on us, look our way, in other words......she ignored us.. We ran out of tea (not a good thing). My husband had to go to the front counter and wait on the waitress to come out front he stopped her and told her we needed a tea to go, boxes and our check. We waited and waited and waited some more. She finally brought our check, boxes and tea. We won't go back there for awhile. read more

Used the online app for the first time today and found it very easy to navigate. My order was built according to the value deal I chose. Delivery was faster than expected, but the quality was lacking. We ordered two medium pizzas and an eight count of the Garlic Knots. The boxes were so coated with grease that I swear I thought one of the Garlic containers popped open. This was not the case. Someone simply slathered the heck out of the knots with so much garlic butter that the residual effects resulted in all three boxes looking like they had been bathed prior to delivery. The food was marginal, but I guess I was visually disengaged with the idea of eating after my initial impression. read more

I will never be ordering from here again. First time I ordered at 6 and didn't receive my pizza until 4 hours later. I gave them another chance and ordered a week or two later and the pizza never even arrived. I received two credits for each mistake so I ordered the other day not using my whole credit thinking I could order again and use the rest of my credit. I just went to place another order to finish out my credit and the credit apparently disappears if not used in total the first order. I was not informed that either times I received my order and when I talked to the GM she was completely rude to me and my boyfriend. Not to mention, every pizza I have ordered has been burnt and cold by the time I received it and last time, when I actually received my order, I got extremely sick after eating their pizza. Never again will I order from here again. The only Pizza Hut I will ever be ordering from now on is in Cumming, Ga. thank you dahlonega Pizza Hut for reminding me why I have always gone to dominos anyways. read more

Last year I purchased food in store. When leaving the tip, I very clearly wrote five dollars. Our waitress put my tip in as ten dollars and overdrew my account, causing me to pay my bank an extra 36$ for mediocre pizza. Pizza Hut refused to do anything at all about this, after putting me on hold for twenty minutes. Today I ordered delivery. It has been well over an hour and a half. The first time I called (at the forty-five minute mark) the person who answered the phone said that our pizza would be there any moment, without having asked for our name or number. After an hour I called again to find out where our pizza was. She took our number again to give it to the driver and said that he would call for directions, and then offered a ten dollar coupon towards our next order (which she said would work as long as we used our phone number and the offer didn't require an online account - this has not been verified yet). THIRTY MINUTES after she supposedly gave the driver our number, he finally called to get directions. Another ten minutes passed (we only live ten minutes from the location) and the driver showed up with a friend of his. Both pizzas were lukewarm, and one was incredibly soggy. read more
