The food was alright but the service was terrible because the waiter was so rude and barely even care. I burnt my thumb on the spatula to get the pizza. It took 30 minutes to refill the pizz. I don't recommend eating here. read more

A complete joke. Gave us the wrong pizza, instead of giving us right ones, the manager just wanted to credit our account for a later order (A $20 credit for $30 worth of messed up pizzas). Then, when we begin eating the wrong pizza, we discovered there was no sauce at the bottom of each slice, only sauce close to the crust. The manager wouldn't even speak to me this time. Well it was a disappointing first impression. Just moved to Desloge last Tuesday and we wanted pizza for dinner tonight. Figured we would try Pizza Hut. Walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady who sat us. We ordered and then I went to get some ranch for our pizza. The cook came from around the kitchen and into the lobby and scalded me for getting ranch and informed me that I had already gotten several already and that I was now adding a salad bar to our ticket because getting ranch from the salad bar is technically getting a salad. I said no and that I had only got 4 small cups of dressing for our pizza for 5 people. Not unreasonable and they were not even full cups. Then proceeded to tell me that they charge for those but would have got me so at no charge. So basically because I got it myself I was charged $3,00+ for 4 small cups of dressing. It would have been different if he came out and nicely said hey we charge for those but I would be more than happy to grab some for you. When we got our order we ordered cheese sticks. That is not what we got. We got bread sticks with cheese on them and then at that point was told they don't actually have "cheese sticks." read more

Food was good. I ordered online & got the deal with 2 pizzas, bread sticks and Mini Cinnabons. The food was good, however the chicken parmasan sauce was rather bland and there wasn't a lot of sauce on that pizza. I probably won't order white sauce again. Yesterday at this location was, hands down, the worst pizza parlor experience I've ever had. My husband and I decided to dine in about 1pm and first of all the 'server' who greeted us and seated us was completely clueless; we thought she might even be on drugs, she was so spacey. She took off toward the tables (the sign said 'Please Wait to be Seated') without saying a word to us, then returned irritated because we didn't follow her. She never put down any menus for us. When we were asked what we'd have to drink, my husband ordered a sweet tea. WE DON'T HAVE SWEET TEA, she says. (Who in SEMO does not serve sweet tea?!) So we ordered Dr. Peppers. When I asked her about the Salad Bar, she was unsure of anything, what was included or how many trips to it you could make. I went for one visit and the Ranch dressing was so soured that I couldn't finish my plate. She came back and we ordered pizzas for each of us. My husband order the Super Supreme pizza, because he likes everything on his pizza. I ordered a medium custom one with Garlic Parmesan sauce, spinach (WE DON'T HAVE SPINANCH, she says), okay ... tomatos and olives. When she dropped the pizzas off, my husband's didn't have black olives on it like the Super Supremes always do, but mine did. So he asked the server about it and she stood there and argued with him and said NO, the SUPREME'S do, but not the SUPER SUPREMES. How does that make any sense? Again, she got irritated and asked if he'd like it 'refired'. By then, I'd had a bite of mine pizza and it was absolutely tasteless and had no sauce on it and very little cheese; I could see that, because it was a thin/crispy crust. I said something to her about the sauce and she said did I want it 'refired'. At that point, my husband said, 'No, we'd just like to leave and pay for our drinks'. She stared blankly at us and we said, 'Is there a manager here? We'd like to see him'. She came back five minutes later and said, 'He's busy. He said you can't not pay for it once you've started eating it ...'. I said, 'You'd better go get the manager, please.' She came back another five minutes later and said, 'He said you can just pay for your drinks, but he won't come out here ...'. WHAT??!! What kind of manager of a restaurant won't come out and address complaints/food issues with customers????? OMG. We laid $5 down and walked out. What a joke! We will never go back. read more

Pizza Hut in Desloge get 5 stars for their customer service! Judas was very sorry for my order being incorrect. This is not the only time I have had problems with my order taken by someone at a call center! It seems the person that answered and took my carry out order is at a call center. English not being their first language. I consider myself pretty good at understanding someone with an accent. That said, I could barely understand this person. They have no business answering phones taking orders for English speaking customers. She repeated my order back to me and left off the special instructions. I said wait a minute those were special instructions please repeat them back to me. She did and it was incorrect. I then repeated the instructions and she repeated correctly this time. They were no where to be found when I got my receipt and the order, needless to say, was WRONG! According to the receipt KONINGOC was the person that entered the order. She should be assigned to a different job or let go. I have had problems in the past when the call center answers the phone to take my order. It seems they don't care or don't understand what someone is asking for. Please stop having the call center answer your phone! They suck at their jobs and the local store should receive a refund from the call center to pay for the second order that was correcting their lack of doing their jobs correctly! read more

You know what you're going to get with Pizza Hut. It's consistent. Pizza can range from a 5.5-7.0 depending on the quality of work out into it. This particular Pizza Hut does however have an elite lunch buffet. I did however prefer the old building as opposed to the new one. read more

It was so nice to have pizza hut when we moved back because where we moved from closed up... pizza hut was the place we had our first date night 15 years ago just nice to have it if we want it... we have ordered from this one and want bad we did have one that had hardly any cheese but otherwise all good! read more

Don't bother. From the bizarre cooked broccoli on the salad bar, to the cold food and lack of service, you'll just walk away pi**ed off. It's be better if they would just let you wait on yourself. read more

Every time I come it is always good. The manager, Cindy, is always nice and works hard to make her customers happy.
