Stopped in on Thursday, 6/25/26 to be exact, to pickup an order I placed online. My friend with me also placed an order online. They had her order but they just stared at me and yelled "YOU MUST PLACE ORDER ONLINE!" To which I said I did and they just turned around and without looking said we don't have it and you can't order at the counter. So I placed another order online, assuming they didn't receive it and I wasn't charged. Then they YELLED "NO INSIDE DINING" to my friend who opened her bag and ate a fry since we were waiting for my food now, which took 30 minutes! So we sat outside. Then after 30 minutes of waiting my order was ready and WRONG! Paid for cheese fries and didn't get anything but fries but after being yelled at twice I wasn't trying to have that conversation with the rudest staff I've ever encountered! The next day I had two charges for both orders. I've already contacted corporate. No customer should ever be treated this way! Worst part is we LOVE WINGSTOP! They have the best wings hands down & now we can't go back bc I'll never monetarily support a company that allows employees to treat customers in this manner!
