Pizza Hut in Sao Paulo- Brazil, airport. The food was delish, however the service was confusing and chaotic. As you walk up, they encourage you to grab a plate and start the all-you-can eat buffet for R$39...about $10 US. I did that, not realizing there were other options for less. As you get your plate, there are people sort of standing around waiting. I didn't realize until after the pizza they just brought out was wiped out within minutes. So there I was, waiting for the pizza to be refilled. I put my carry-on back pack down in a chair, and went back and waited. At the counter, I asked for a soda. They said I had to sit down and wait for the waitress. I waited...and waited...then I stood up to find the waitress and she told me to sit down, she would come back to me. Meanwhile, I had already eaten half of my plate of food and was almost done. She returned and asked what I wanted, I told her soda. She came back with a huge-huge cup of soda. I thought...that's a lot of soda! Got up to pay...R$54. I asked how much the soda cost, they said R$15. I said that's ridiculous. I asked was that the only price for soda? They asked me if my waitress asked what size I wanted and I said no. She gave me an xlg without me knowing. So, they took the R$15 off, and did not charge me since it was their mistake. Even though I was not happy about how chaotic the service was, I am happy that they tried to fix the mistake and acknowledged the error by adjusting the price. The food was delish. Meh. Not exactlyyyy like the real Pizza Hut haha but it's Brazil after all! Quick and easy airport stop. The sides they give with the combo meal was really weird...like pizza as a side to pizza...I don't ask too many questions lol read more

I didn't expect much from this place other than edible pizza after all it is just Pizza Hut at an airport in Brazil but it was beyond nasty. Super greasy and soggy! Gross! Waste of my money, waste of calories and waste of space! read more

R$170+ for a slice and a whole pizza, 2 drinks, and a kids juice? That's $43 US. Expensive as hell... even if I got the pizza. I did not. I stupidly paid as I ordered because I thought it would be quicker that way. After 45 minutes I never got my food and my plane was boarding. I asked for a refund but they just started arguing with each other about who was at fault. I ended up having to just leave and board my plane. I've complained to PizzaHut but I have not received a response 4 days later. Save yourself the trouble and go get a coxinha or pastel. read more

It's Pizza Hut. It's as consistent here as I have had anywhere. When your kids are missing a taste of "good ole USA", this will do it. It's not very fast, however, given that it is in an airport. But that pace seems standard across most of the restaurants in GRU. read more
