First, unless you choose one of the casinos nearby your choice is Taco Johns or this Pizza Hut. As a result, this place is very busy so you need to have patience. That said, I was seated quickly, ordered, and then waited & waited. However, the young lady waiting on me stopped by several times to check on me & apologized for the long wait. This is the best Pizza Hut I've been to since the Pizza Hut golden era of the late 80s and early 90s. Sit-down, speedy service.

Because there aren't sit down Pizza Huts in Utah I enjoy the novelty of it when traveling. Breadsticks with cheese and a pineapple personal pan pizza hit the spot for lunch today. Does Pizza Hut have the best pizza around? Certainly not. But for a cheap, quick lunch it's perfectly good on occasion. Service was friendly and pretty quick. After our food was delivered our server never came back to check on us though... I had to take our drinks upfront to ask for refills. I think they were understaffed. Restaurant itself was newer inside. Lots of tables and booths. Both restrooms were gross and in need of a serious remodel and cleaning. read more

Run down Pizza Hut. We sat in a booth and something (flies?) kept biting us we moved to table was better. Pizza tasted fine. Took forever to make a personal pan pizza.which they left out some ingredients on the pizza. Would pass that Pizza Hut up if we were in the area again. read more

This place doesn't care about the customer. I ordered my pizza and pasta and was directed to wait in my car. It was 5:10pm when I ordered my food. As I waited I noticed every car behind me was directed to wait also, but received there food ahead of me. I asked the staff at 5:30 pm, where my order was? The staff asked me what I ordered as they didn't have any order for me. So I reordered and showed my receipt that I paid for it. Long story short, I waited one hour and was the last person to receive my order. I asked for the manager several times and he thought this was acceptable. He mumbled a telephone number for me to call if I wanted to speak to his boss but wouldn't repeat it and walked away while I was still talking to him. I won't use this food stop again. read more

I entered Pizza Hut and went to the counter where I was immediately informed I could not be helped because the employee was off duty. After being told 3 times that I could not be helped another server came up to me and I requested to pick up my to-go order. I had ordered 4 large pizzas and had to request parmesan cheese and crushed pepper packet's. I was given 4 crushed pepper packets and 5 parmesan. I re-entered the building and asked for more as I did order 4 large pizzas for a large group of people. The employee was very rude and I received an even smaller amount next time. The employees acted like I was a nuisance and how dare I make them work. Now I understand why they had no one eating there at 12:00 PM during lunch time. read more

This Pizza Hut is TERRIBLE! We called 25 minutes in advance to order a hand tossed thick crust supreme pizza. They said it would be 15 minutes we said ok we were 25 minutes out. Perfect right ? Ok now we got there about 10 minutes before closing and they give us this thin crust pizza that has barely any toppings on it and we just thought we got a mistaken thin crust. We just got out of line and my wife called and told them the problem and the person there said they were closed but we already in line again and she said rudely do you want to talk to our manager? I said yes please. I spoke with a manager named Rachael and she said yea the doe didn't have time to rise but it was still good. After further discussion back and forth about I called too late that "you need to give crust time to rise." Finally rudely said she would make an adjustment. I was back in line and her whole crew hooting and hollering. How it was handled and honestly the last 3 times have been disastrous but it was late a night,,,, damn it really was the worst!!! Don't eat here! The staff was rude and unfriendly. Our server seemed bothered when we asked for refills and when she took our order. The restaurant itself was hot and comfortable. Our server was sweaty and smelling ripe. It was not busy, yet we still received poor service. I would suggest driving 45 miles to Billings to eat. read more

My group ate here for dinner. It was pretty busy, but the waitress was friendly and helpful. The group had the salad bar, ordered a medium pizza and some wings. Everything was good and we enjoyed the salad bar. It was typical Pizza Hut fare, but it was hot and reasonably good. read more

On Thursday, 9/10/15, my husband and I arrived at this Pizza Hut a few minutes past 7 pm. Our waitress took our order and brought us our drinks. At this point there were only about 3-4 tables with customers. We waited so long, as our waitress not once returned to our table. When I saw customers seated after us were receiving their meals, I realized we had been waiting 40 minutes. I made eye contact with our waitress to attempt getting some actual service but was ignored. At that point I went to the counter to inquire what the problem was. She, of course, was no where to be found. But the other two at the counter discovered she never even placed our order. I was extremely upset. Not only at the fact that we came in there very hungry expecting to have a meal after a long day of traveling, but that she made eye contact with me and had the audacity to leave the dining room for her fellow co-workers to handle her poor work skills. Bad reflection on her, bad reflection on Pizza Hut! The entire issue was very poorly handled by management. If I lived in this area, I would never support this establishment. On 12/05/14, I ordered two medium pizza, two toppings each, a single order of wings, and the two liter bottle of soda, to be delivered, mind you this is a very small town, Hardin, MT, it's about 2.6 square miles, with a population of 3,700, a very small town, the temperature was about 35 degrees outside, we ordered at 05:43 PM, total cost $26.98, and a 1 1/2 hours later the pizza shows up, the driver said I'm sorry I having problems with my car??? that is not my problem, you hired him not me..........the pizza was just about cold by now, the topping were sparse at best could hardly tell they were there, except the spinach was just thrown on the top, not even cooked, I wanted to send it back right then but I had to leave right then, after being late a hour later, this is my first opportunity to write you, I called over to the pizza hut here but with no satisfaction, I want a refund of my money, I don't trust anyone to make any pizza who know what they would do to the pizza in retaliation to the complaint, I just want a refund, it would have been better to buy store bought pizza and put on all the toppings I wanted to buy, without the frustration and irritation of this foolishness, I would like to here from you soon, to make this right, as soon as possible........thank you,... read more
