They refuse to offer Caesar dressing for salads, their fries are greasy, they won't let you have the wing dip on the side. Instead, they insist on smothering wings with the dip. They just don't care about customers or the rights of customers, which makes me suspect worse. I used to like the grilled chicken sandwich, but again, they refuse to let the customer have it the way the customer wants it. I think that they can get better, though, and they will get better.
