It's paired with anchovies, cantabriche, caper from pantelleria, and taggiasche olives to get that savory palate going. Balancing it out are a variety of cheeses: D.O.P semi-matured goat cheese, and Pecorino. Definitely try the bread with their spiced olive oil! Since I was concerned about limited menu, those fears were allayed when the Waiter takes your order - he lets you know about the four or five other ones that are not on the menu that are all sounding great So we picked 'chef special' (they pick for you) and a white pizza. The service was pretty quick, and the pizza comes out right away Obviously with such high turnover, they have figured out the formula for delicious pizza. They even went above and beyond to do a half and half pizza for each of us! (See pics) Some of the Italian craft beers surprised us, and we also got a few liqueur shots on the house! Nikola/Nichola was absolutely fantastic: super attentive, friendly, and radiated joy. I also found out he was a fellow Sri Lankan, and we had a good laugh about it. Local business... some families who lived nearby were there. Prices were really cheap. I ordered a seafood linguine, and it was really special (see picture.) The restaurant cooked the pasta then baked it with pizza dough on top. The dough absorbed some of the flavors from the pasta, and it was delicious to dip into the remaining sauce. The owner brought it out and cut it open... definitely some oohs and aahs from my table. Owner was really nice, warm, hospitable. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
