An hour after we ordered, we called to ask where our pizza was (they told us it would be 20 min). They lied and said they tried to call us, but no one called. So, after the call, we were told it would be another 20 mins; however, it took 40 mins to get to our place. Then, the delivery person refused to deliver to the door because of ice, when there was a clear path (very visible). The pizza was obviously cold and the entire experience was awful. If we come back to Port Stanley we will NOT be ordering pizza from this establishment. Brutal experience!
