I had the Quattro Stagioni on gluten-free crust and it was very good, almost perfect (could have maybe used a few anchovies or capers to add a bit of saltiness and umami.) The personnel was very friendly and polite, and the prices were ok. The place wasn't very spacious and it felt somewhat cramped, which is funny to me because they have an additional room downstairs, but I guess they open that during high season. There is also a selection of traditional south tyrolean food, as well as a fresh salad bar for those with healthier inclinations. If you are on a bicycle, there is secure parking, air, and even electricity if you are on an e-bike. The location is also perfect for starting a day of outdoor adventure, and of course when you return hungry you can be assured of a hearty meal. There is additionally camping here, a mini golf course, and activities for kids.
