Absolutely appalled by the customer service at this place! Honestly we have been regular customers for years now but have never experienced anything like his in my life!! We ordered two pizzas for delivery tonight, received the wrong order. Delivery man came and took them and then brought back the "correct" pizzas.
Which then we found one was wrong AGAIN! When we called the second time, the girl on the phone said "what would you like me to do, there's nothing I can do because the chef is sure he made the right thing". We offered to send a photo and were told we had to bring it back ourselves to PROVE that it was incorrect because the chef was certain he did not make this pizza.
We spoke to the chef after waiting for 10 minutes because "he is busy" and were absolutely disgusted in his attitude screaming on the phone and saying he made the right pizza and it was not his problem.
My husband and I drove to the shop in my pyjamas leaving my son at home, to show them. We did not even get an apology, the girl at the front was laughing and so was the driver who was standing there watching us.
The chef only said it was a mistake and threw $10 back in our face after throwing away the pizza in the bin. He then called my husband a "wanker" because my husband got angry and raised his voice.
No apologies, no sympathy, rubbish customer service! They don't even deserve one star! read more
