It's always fast and friendly and they always arrive much sooner than the stated time The once or twice I've been inside to order takeout I've been pleasantly surprised by the spotless dining room .. I've been to New York. I've had New York style pizza, Pizzarella, this is not New York style pizza. In fact, Papa Gino's is closer to New York style pizza than Pizzarella. I would recommend the owners travel to Sottocasa Pizzeria on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn that's in New York City and ask the owners where you can hire a New York pizza chef. On a sidenote, clean up the front of your shop, wash the windows. There's an old adage, roughly put, you can judge a kitchen by the proprietor's cleanliness. Thank you. read more

The food is great, but don't order online. I've tried it twice and both times were a mess. They told me they can only see the billing information and not the delivery information. My billing address is different from my home address, so guess what happened? They called the wrong number to tell the wrong person that they couldn't deliver to the wrong address. I finally tried this place for the first time. Ordered online (horrible website) and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the food was completely sup par. The pizza and the apps all seemed reheated and not good at all. The food was barely edible and we tossed the leftovers and we never toss leftover pizza...says a lot! We tried Pizzarella for the first time last week. We actually ordered a White Pizza and some other pizzas for my kids and their friends. Several of my daughter's friends said it was the most delicious pizza they had ever had. The salad we ordered was only so-so, just kind of typical for a pizza shop, but the pizza is 5 stars! I have been to Pizzarella several times! Tonight my wife and I had two Chicken Parmesan dinners to go! Our dinners were excellent! The staff was excellent and we will be back! There was also garlic bread and all utensils were with the dinners. read more

Pizzarella Only has 2 different types of pizza by the slice; cheese and pepperoni. Across the street at the grocery store they offer 3 to 4 different types: thin and grandma types; cheese, pepperoni, meat lover, veggie options. And they don't have pizza in their name. Also, the grocery store price is $3.50 a slice, including a soda. I was in the grocery store, under three minutes with my pizza and soda. read more

The Brasilian pizza's were very good taste wise, but the large is not that large and when you realize you've spent $21 on a "large" 2 topping pizza you kind of wonder was it really worth that much. The service was good as well as the ambiance. However, what really made me feel like I was back in Brasil was having to go over the receipt. Brazilian's are know for overcharging I found out first hand in Sao Paulo and Rio. The receipt I was given after giving my credit card showed the balance and right underneath it a table of what 15-25% would equal for a tip. So, I added on a $10 tip. Then, my Brasillian girlfriend asked for aother receipt of the breakdown of the bill to realize I had already been charged a 15% gratuity. As I told the manager, it was a shame to ruin a night of good pizza with the Brasilian nonsense I dealt with abroad. That this was Marlboro, not Rio. Bottom line, Pizza was small and expensive but very good and check your bill because you're automatically being charged 15% gratuity. By the way, if you're automatically charged a fee, it's a service charge, not a gratuity. read more

Yeah sorry I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was so bad, like cafeteria pizza or microwave pizza not New York style crispy crust high quality cheese. The cheese was super greasy and tasted low quality, the crust was better, but it was such a disappointment. I got excited for New York style crispy thin crust good cheese type pizza but it was soft crust clickbait title. Strike 1: Arrived to find that the pizza that was ordered actually was a meatball sub. Wrong! Strike 2: Had to wait for them to cook the pizza that was originally ordered.
