The manager was lovely and worked with me on a small issue I had with a piece of jewelry I purchased. The issue was not their fault, but they went out of their way to make it right for me. We had great customer service as soon as we walked through the door, and found THE cutest gifts, and grabbed some things for ourselves! Highly recommend! I agree with the post below regarding the ridiculous return policy as well as the total lack of professionalism portrayed by the owner. My family shops religiously at this place throughout the year and when attempting to exchange a gift past the "7 day policy" the owner treated us with appalling disrespect. I hate leaving a poor review because this place does have cute and unique items. Hopefully the owner will read this feedback and adjust the manner of which she speaks to and addresses customer concerns or she will continue to push away loyal consumers. read more

I went in this store a few days ago and enjoyed my visit- I asked for help a few times and didn't get it but that didn't bother me. I thought it was cute and begged my mom and sister to go back. It was a pretty far drive from where we were staying but I was certain that it would be worth it. We got there and shopped around for a while- we had picked out at least $200 worth of stuff to purchase and we were still shopping for more when the owner managed to look at my sister and said "it's time for me to lock up". My sister was literally shocked. And the owner proceeded to say "I close at 5 today". I worked for five years in a boutique that closed at 7, and if someone came in at 7 we never turned them down or kicked them out.... Even if they stayed until 7:45. As a worker, I always had to know that the store was my first obligation no matter what I had going on- I had to always plan as if I was going to have late customers. It was so hurtful as a customer, driving across town to be treated that way. We never thought it would be a problem to stay a few minutes past five- none of us had ever had this happen before. I wanted to put all of the stuff that I had picked out back, but I proceeded to buy it. As I was checking out, one of the workers said to the owner "have you counted this?" (referring to closing out the register), and the owner said "of course I have" in an annoyed way. She didn't even say thank you as we left the store. We felt so unwelcome. read more

I had really enjoyed this place until I had to return a product. The mother and her daughter were both very rude and argued with me about the return. They have the return policy posted (hidden behind all the junk on their counter) and refused to credit me back the money. The bigger issue is how the mother talked to me, appalled me. She clearly did not care about me or the fact that I would never shop there again due to being so humiliated by her talking down to me. So much for shopping local. Good customer service? Don't count on it here if you have a problem or a return. read more
