Quite simply one of the very best Napolitan pizzerias and italian restaurant in Paris. The taste of…read morethat crust will follow you in your dreams. The chef (Jean-Philippe) is French and prepares some mean main courses with fresh house-made pasta (I beg you, try the Ravioli alla Crema or the Lasagna and weep) or meat (try the Filetto di Manzo with Gorgonzola) while the owner & pizzaiolo master (Pino) and the pizzaiolo (Mario) blows your mind with either traditional or creative takes on the Napolitan pizza. Try your best to keep some space for dessert. The Lemon Meringue pie is one of the best I've ever had (not too bitter, very different from a Key Lime). The Panna Cotta with berries is even better. If you like Cannoli, try it out too, while it's not really my thing I've heard great things from amateurs. Don't hurry and grab a Martini Bianco on ice to start the meal, they'll bring you Olives and delicious house made chips so you can procrastinate on what to eat. And don't you dare eat your pasta without sprinkling an avalanche of (real) Parmesan on them.
