Ich war gestern für einen Tag am Altmühlsee und am Abend wollten wir mit Freunden italienisch Essen. Das Lokal macht einen guten Eindruck. Einen schönen Außenbereich wo leider kein Platz mehr war aber auch innen ist es gemütlich. Das Essen lässt sicher keine Wünsche offen und war auch sehr lecker. Der Service jedoch lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nachdem ich auf mein Erstgetränk, ein Pils 15 minuten gewartet hatte habe ich eine Bedienung nochmals daran erinnert und zur antwort bekommen das es noch etwas dauert, ich aber nicht mehr umbestellen könne. Daraufhin dauerte es nochmals 15 Minuten. Es wurde auch nicht registriert dass andere Gläser bereits leer waren sowie nach dem Essen auch nicht gefragt wurde ob noch jemand einen Nachtisch, Grappa oder Espresso wünsche. Dafür gab es leider kein Trinkgeld und jetzt nur Minus-Punkte; hingehen werde ich dort auf jeden Fall nicht mehr. Es gibt sicherlich noch andere gute Restaurants. read more
