In the three weeks that my husband and I have been traveling Europe, Trattoria Saro was the best…read moremeal we've had. It is authentic Sicilian and the chef (Emanuel) is from Trapani, Sicily. My husband had a beautiful pasta Bolognese and I Had a steak that was perfection. We saw a lot of pizzas and sampled a piece. It is located right on the Main Street in historic Remscheid.
