As suggested we went in for an early dinner at 7:30 on a Sunday and was surprised to have the Michelin Star Chef Enzo himself guide us to our table! The dough was thin, light and airy, with a very light use of the heavenly San Marzano tomatoes laden sauce and some Pecorino cheese. The balance of the fresh ingredients were incredible!
