Very delicious egg pasta. Was trying to score some tonnarelli but since they were out i went for the Chitarra instead. Rich flavour, good holding of sauce. I carried there pasta in my luggage for quite some time all through Italy. Looks like now i can get a small sub section of their products through import but there's nothing like having it in country.
