My husband and I found this little pizzeria tucked down a side street near the Munich Stadtmuseum. We sat outside and enjoyed people watching in the quiet courtyard the chairs sit out on. We each ordered a pizza, me one with artichokes and olives, and him prosciutto and basil. The crusts were crispy and the cheese to sauce ratio was right on target. I was looking for a break from Bavarian food my last night in town, so went to Yelp for a pizza shop. As usual, Yelp did not fail me! This is a tiny little restaurant down a side street in Munich. When we arrived we got the last two-top in the house - and it was a tight fit! Once we got into our seats, we enjoyed our dinner. We got the caprese salad, a 1/2 liter of their house red wine, and then shared the Grano pizza. The tomatoes were fresh and the buffalo mozzarella was delicious. The wine was meh, I would order the name brand wine next time - the house wine was a little too dry and cheap-tasting to me (which our waiter warned us about!). The pizza was tasty - a nice thin crust, with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. A whole pizza was the perfect amount for us to share, with no leftovers. Our waiter was very nice and patient with us non-German speakers. The rest of the crowd seemed like locals, so I think we found a great little gem. read more

A real favorite of ours. It's funky, fun and relaxed. The food is excellent, interesting and inexpensive. The location is great as it's close to Marienplatz & Sendlinger Tor. There's often bad Kung Fu movies on the TV and tattoos in the kitchen and the smell of garlic wafting through the restaurant. Go in the summer and you might get to sit outside, just get there at or around 18:00 as it's small and fills up quickly. Also, reservations are only for half the room so plan ahead. read more

This place has a great location, tucked away from all the tourists, but still nice and central for locals. We had 2 pizzas, a 1/2 liter of wine and a bottle of water for €29, so the prices are totally fine. The pizza was pretty good, better than I've had in a while, but nothing to write home about. For this area, I would definitely recommend because it is good value and that's hard to find in the city center. Stumbled across this hidden little pizzeria while in Munich for Oktoberfest briefly. A bit of a crowded space, but the pizza is amazing and the atmosphere is nice. I recommend the gorgonzola one highly. True Italian style pizza. read more

Have been today (23/2/2019) and was a mess. Service was not just bad but beyond. The waitress just did not check on us and forgot about our food. Had to wait over 45min for a Margherita and daily special. Is that normal? afterwards they commited to free coffee but the waitress was gone and the worker colleague did not know what was that about. Result? a lot of troubles, waiting for food while tables arrived later, paid and left before we did even have a chance to eat. Will I go back or recommend it? Doubt it, this happened at a time they were not busy. After us they arrived 2 more tables, 3 tops. With 2 people each. So imagine that service acting like this in busy days and times. Awful experience. Of course no tip. Even the waitress that did take our bill was not the responsible it is even worst she did not know about the mess her work colleague left behind. read more

5 star service, 4 star pizza, 3.5 star menu. Cute, casual, place. Waiter was extremely friendly. I watched the cooks in the kitchen (my seat was facing the door) and they were extremely attentive to the prep and making of the pizza. I think the 4 stars comes down to taste and preference. read more
