We had a terrible experience here. We came Monday August 19th around 6pm. I wanted to treat my…read morefamily to a nice dinner as I see them very rarely. It was 16 of us. The whole experience started off bad and got worse as it went on. The waitress looked positively pissed that we were there. She did everything begrudgingly. We had to beg for drinks or her attention. She didn't bring menus for 10 minutes and we waited 25 minutes for drinks. When the food order was finally taken she was not to be seen again. No more drinks no service no nothing. The food came in 3 stages. It was absurd. The dishes for 3 of us. They finished those before the next items arrived (that's how long it took) then 4 pizzas. Again 15 minutes and now 2/3 of the table finished eating and lastly 4 more pizzas. The whole thing was a disaster. The food wasn't even good. Very basic pizza. All the meanwhile no one was asked if anything else was needed. The space is really nice but I caution you to stay away until staff or management changes. I gave the extra star only because the bathrooms are clean. I reserve one star for places that are dirty.

Soups are very tasty and filling and be cautious with main courses - they are really large. Pork chops were quite nice and so was the turkey. Potato puree was a little bland. Also, don't go there if you can't stand children - the restaurant is inside the entertainment complex 'Kombinat Formy', so there is a lot of families with kids.
