The menu says that this is a slow food restaurant and that it can take between 20-40 minutes , and this is of course very good that this is told ahead of time. Most would wait that long for great food. The waiting time is nothing but grotesque. We waiting about 1 and a half hour for our main course. By the time we got it we where all full of bread and olives. The food was not very good either. Pasta with clams lacked any kind of seafood stock taste. We have had much better, faster and cheaper in Sopot. If they don't have a fully staffed kitchen, they should just state it and recommend people to order pizza for that evening.
