While we understand that reservations should accurate and that guests who reserve should show up, everyone has a life, things happen, and people can't always make the reservation. Due to the last minute no shows, Franca took it upon herself to yell at me in front of the entire party and other restaurant guests about this issue. Extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She was also rude at arrival, expecting guests to sit down and instantly order "so the kitchen could cook". It doesn't matter if you have reservations or have 14 people walk in off the street - the kitchen still has to cook!
