The Rasta was the unanimous winner. We had 4 big plates of pasta (I am a 240 lb American - it was a legit big plate), one dessert to share (chocolate cake recommended by server - great, but rich), a liter of house red wine (good), and a liter of water. If the manager is not around the staff won't serve you drinks until the kitchen is opens no matter if the venue is already accessible! However, the view pays off and the pizza is also very delicious and affordable. We had the Diablo and Crudo di Parma with rucola pizza and were satisfied since all ingredients were super fresh. BTW - try the Tiramisu for dessert, the nutella variation is addicting! + scenic views over Soave wine region, + delicious pizza - you won't be served before 7:30 pm (not even drinks!)
