They were called off site to another job.. so I kept track of when they came and went. They ended up over charging me an hours labour and claimed it was "travel time" even though the business is within Moose Jaw's city limits and I could run to their place of business from my house in 10 minutes. I can't justify being charged an extra hour for labour when they weren't even here doing work. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Choose someone else for your plumbing needs.. this company is the exact opposite of what it claims to be. The plumbers are very rude as well.
