I asked what work, his reply... crickets. Truth: his helper put up a light fixture, faucet fixture and a shower head with nozzle with no flow of water...& never had the common decency to come back and to fix it...We agreed on 100$Paid. He haul off a couple of pieces of wood from my garbage can/20$ ( he didn't ask for it)...This builded my trust; therefore, I zelled the 30$. The young man is mannerable; however, his respectful decorum, he is disrespectful with his clients time and his work ethics are questionable.

The quality of the grass cutting itself is good; however, the communication and pricing have become…read morean issue. After my initial cut, I was given an agreed upon price for ongoing service. Today, he returned 13 days later one day short of two weeks. I arrived home before he started cutting, and at no point did he communicate that the price would be different. He was still cutting when I left, so I sent the agreed upon amount. Only afterward did I receive a message stating that I owed an additional $25 because he had to "double cut" due to the grass growth. In total, he has serviced my home only three times. Grass grows that's obviously outside of the customer's control. If additional charges are going to apply based on growth, that should be communicated before the service is performed, especially when we already agreed on a price. I don't have an issue paying for services that are discussed and agreed upon. I do have an issue with being charged additional fees after the work has already been performed without prior notice. Unfortunately, I will not be using Grass Genies going forward. If you're considering using this service, I would recommend confirming the price before every cut, because the amount you initially agree to may not be the amount. I also noticed a small area of my grass in the front was missed which added to my overall disappointment. My review has been updated to reflect my experience with the communication and unexpected pricing.
