Meat plate with chicken and some sausage
    Angela A.

Pretty good punjabi Indian food in rural AZ. We saw the roadside billboards along I 10 and decided to try that. We got a meat plate and a vegetarian plate and portions were big. Good flavors and not spicy. The sauce was watery, different from the thick curry I'm used to. Still yummy!

Delicious pho. I come to this restaurant to enjoy the pho. I have been consistently been rewarded.read more

Wait staff were friendly and I was greeted as I walked up to the counter. There were about 6…read morepeople eating when I came in. My order was to go, and I ordered deep fried egg rolls (2) (very good) but pricy ($10). I also had Sweet and Sour Pork ($17, also pricy). The so-called sweet and sour sauce was home made with chunks of pineapple and onion mixed in. It looked like a brownish soup-like sauce that did not taste like the traditional sweet and sour you see in other restaurants (thick reddish sauce that is very sweet with a hint of sour). I used it but was not satisfied with the taste or texture. Finally, an order of pork fried rice which was made with white rice and a few vegetables ($11 a little pricy). I don't know if their AC was working, although the ambient temperature seemed comfortable to me. I'm not sure why they had a floor-stand fan oscillating. At the table where I sat, the fan was blowing on me every time it swung in my direction. I had to get up and move to the other side of the table so that I could avoid this problem. This did not affect my appraisal rating of the food I ordered but it was annoying. It took approximately 15 minutes to receive the order. For one person, I'll admit it was a little more than I wanted to eat in one sitting. I shared it with my wife. But with tax everything came to just under $40 which was too expensive. I will not eat here again and will stay with one of my other favorite restaurants that makes their food in a more traditional sense for less money.

Stopped at this place for late lunch because we saw ads for the buffet in Globe, AZ…read more Oh well, turns out the buffet starts at 5 for dinner and we were there at around 3 pm. So we missed it. Service was OK and the food was good. I was just not very impressed with the place itself. Also the food took a while to be ready, both our neighbors seated after us and they got their food before we got ours. Menu was sticky and the little plastic displays with the happy hour details were all greasy and sticky. Hubby had the chicken strips basket... which was not much of a basket, just a plate, but they were good. Very crispy, and the crisscross fries were good too. I decided to try the fried bread (which comes with powder sugar and honey), and the Indian taco, which turned out really good. (Taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa) It was actually big and reasonably priced (less than $5 for the taco and less than $3 for the fried bread)

A bit pricy , but they try to do a nice offering & keep things refilled & relatively fresh . BUT.... There is the old-fashioned smell of cigarette smoke to deal with .Also dinging slot machines& awful lighting. It is really a shame the casino can be heard and smelled so much .It is also a hassle to place a to-go order , even if you are staying at the "resort".Combined with the inevitable slow service ,I can not give the Grill& Buffet more than 3 stars ,so far. I hope I can write a better review someday .
