The service was contracted with the understanding that the work would involve only a steam/deep cleaning and no resurfacing or sanding. The agreed-upon price for this service was $450, which I considered reasonable given the scope of the job. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was severely deficient. Upon completion, the floors appeared incomplete, with visible damage in multiple areas. Specifically, the protective coating was stripped away in patches, and there are at least four sections where the wood itself has been excessively abraded or sanded, resulting in exposed flakes, splinters, and uneven surfaces. In contrast, other portions of the floor showed no evidence of having been cleaned at all. I contacted Floor Pro to inspect the damage and requested a resolution. In response, they proposed to repair the issues by buffing and sealing the entire downstairs floor at a discounted rate of $6,200. This offer raises serious concerns about their business practices, as it appears to escalate a simple cleaning job into a far more extensive and costly repair. I cannot help but question whether the initial damage was intentional, designed to coerce customers into additional, higher-priced services. This experience has left me with damaged floors and a significant loss of trust in the company. I am available to provide any additional details, including photos of the damage, upon request.

We had just bought a house and moved from FL, and before we moved in we hired them to paint the living room, staircase, and foyer because the walls were about 18ft tall and we didn't want to paint those ourselves. Michael, was able to give me a fantastic estimate over the phone after sending in the dimensions and a few photos. We proceeded with the work. Once they were getting set up, he came by in person to get actual measurements. I had over estimated the square footage, so my new estimate was actually much less! We were then able to have them paint more of the house for the same amount because their prices are very fair!! The work is now completed and everything is nicer, cleaner, and better looking, by far, than when we moved in. The painting came out superb and looks fantastic. In my opinion, they went above and beyond when they repaired some nicks in the drywall before painting the staircase from the previous owner moving out. Blown away! They even touched up some of the base and trim that wasn't included in the estimate free of charge to give it that perfect finish. Turn around time for painting about 2000 square feet was less than a day and a half! (Did I mention how clean they left everything when they were done?) Overall VERY HAPPY with how our home now looks and how fast, responsive, and affordable Midlands Pro Painters is!!! Going to recommend them to all of my friends and family that are looking to hire true painting professionals.
