We thought ADA's photography team was top notch, one of a kind and the best of the best from the time we began working with ADA studios and yet they managed to blow us away on the wedding day and after when we received our video and pictures! They arrived on time, they set the mood(fun, relaxed, exciting and upbeat mood) they interacted with everyone in the wedding party. They organized a great team with the limousine company on the day of, making sure everyone was in sync so the day would run smoothly and they were successful at it. We could not have done it without their professionalism. We truly understand why they are ever so busy and completely booked. He admitted he actually doesn't have photos due to the issues with his equipment, stating, "The camera was glitching and I've never seen that before." He continued shooting without checking the photos throughout the day--unacceptable for a professional vendor. Initially, he offered a full refund for several items, but when we met in person, he reduced the offer to less than half, demanded we sign a disclosure to remain silent, and only offered a book of photos. He stated, "This won't hold up in court of law because you're still getting a product." Following up I made a request and they sent an email back about no longer willing to speak with me, only their attorneys. For brides considering ADA, know this: you may never see your wedding photos, and you will likely only receive minimal compensation. Many couples were "paid" to remain silent, and we later discovered multiple others with disappointing experiences. Tony withheld our video repeatedly; when it was finally sent, it was poorly done and had been uploaded to their website before we even met with him. Without posting this review and requesting a meeting, I have no doubt he thought he would have gotten away with it. During our sit-down, Tony became extremely frustrated and raised his voice, insisting that he was being called a "racist." I never directly called him racist, but his behavior and remarks throughout the day could easily be perceived that way. He made numerous unprofessional and unethical comments that negatively affected me, my mother, and the entire bridal party.. Please, save yourself the heartache and avoid this company. Before knowing I didn't have photos I was unhappy with the service. Tony's behavior, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver on promises were devastating. I will never ever get this day back. All venues should reconsider allowing ADA to be part of their vendor lists and bridal shows. 0 stars should be allowed to be given

No need to look at any other photographers out there, if youre on long island, this is your best bet. Reasonable prices. Our wedding was 11/11/18, post wedding, completely unsolicited review. The 4 Best points of the day: 1) Trisha and her second shooter Connie, were absolutely flexible, professional and unphased by some morning delays. Plans changed on the fly, and they were SO reassuring and helpful. They worked extremely hard to de-stress all of us, and ended up getting a ton of great pictures. The rest of the event went well after some morning issues regarding make-up and bridal hair prep not being done on time. 2) When we were on the dance floor they werent in the way. Just present (having a fun time) not intrusively in the way like you've seen some photographers/videographers. They were just this fun energy, sometimes dancing, laughing, joking... they looked like they were having a good time shooting and enjoying the wedding! At the end of the night, we couldnt think of any time where they intruded on the moment. Just took in everything through their cameras. It was really remarkable. 3) Preliminary photos we saw were outrageously good. We got a bunch of teasers back, and they made us look great! 4) Energy was positive and fun. Never pushy, very kind and directive in the way they wanted you to pose to get your best angles. Constantly adjusting clothing and making sure everything in the shot was perfect. He doesn't do a lot of posing or give a ton of direction, which was actually really nice because we felt like we could be ourselves and feel a little more natural. He is also incredibly patient, as we had several large groups shots which involved a lot of wrangling and finding people. And his candid shots are great. His one simple package included engagement photos, the entire wedding day (he and his assistant were with us from about 11 am to 8:30 pm), a few large prints, and an album. We initially were hesitant to do engagement photos, but are really glad we did because it make us feel more confident in our choice of photographer and also feel a little less awkward on the wedding day (my husband hates taking pictures). We haven't received our album yet (our fault because we haven't finished picking 50 pictures out of the amazing 600+ we received back), but are really excited for it.
