I also like that they are given 3 hours of playtime each day. Shortly after we dropped off Juneau we noticed someone had put her toy and slow feed bowl in her kennel. Then the next day we noticed there was no toy, bowl or cot. I had watched over a 24 hour period and nothing changed. I emailed and asked why this happened and I never received a response. She was being fed in a regular bowl, which she will eat too fast and choke. I also noticed a pee spot on the floor and was not sure if it was due to this or not. However, Juneau is just a puppy (fully potty trained) and used to going outside every couple hours, so I don't know if that was the issue or not. I never found out what happened.

The girl on the phone was so nice and all of the workers that I interacted with were too. I knew that my pet was in great hands! I watched him occasionally through the webcam and it was so fun to watch him play. He loved the girls and he followed them around. I really liked the schedule and the amount of play time and walks that the dogs receive. Some boarding places may be cheaper, but this place is definitely worth the price and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. It was so cute to see my dog sitting on one of the girls lap during play time. He's very spoiled and it was so sweet that she let him sit there. He gets very anxious around new people and I was glad that he felt comfortable. I decided to place him in the boutique, which is meant for small dogs, but in the future I will probably put him in the Hills suite. There are always dogs in that suite and I don't want him to feel lonely at night. One night he was all alone in the boutique suite so I felt bad ): When we went to check him out they gave us a picture and a report card. This was so adorable!! I loved the picture so much. I was so happy with my experience and I will always bring my dog here for boarding. He misses his new friend Lulu!

I truly believed that a trained dog is a happy dog, and now I have the practical real-world experience to put behind that theory.

Once training was over we decided to bring Bailey once a week or so just to play with the other dogs. I cannot stress enough now much she LOVES this place! When we are walking her up the stairs to go inside it's all I can do to hold her back bc she's so excited to go play! I found her listed on the Crescent Lake area neighborhood Nextdoor website. From the very beginning, Natalie was highly responsive to any issues or inquiries. Her onboarding / meet-and-greet process was super thorough. She also makes sure you meet anyone on her team who may be covering visits for your pet and she met my requirements for comfort and security. She and her team member, Suzanne, were very enthusiastic about dealing with my dog. Probably more enthusiastic than me at times. :-) As with any in-home service provider, you just have to be specific about your needs and "nit-pickies" so that everyone is on the same page and all should be well. Natalie was open to any specific details I had needs for and they also anticipated asking and taking care of things I would not have considered. I thought her prices were incredibly reasonable for a 3x a day visits schedule for 4 days straight. I highly recommend Natalie & Suzanne and look forward to using them again.

THE OLDER LADY WHO WORKS HERE IS RUDE & DOESNT KNOW HOW TO GROOM DOGS…read more I am new in town and was looking for a groomers nearby, I had a very nice phone call with the gentleman who I scheduled the appointment with. I was super excited. Then today, the appointment day, I called ahead of time to make sure this was the correct location since the location on apple maps was on main street rather than Frontier town. I let the lady know I had an appointment at 11:30 and my name and that I wanted to make sure that this was the correct place. I was IMMEDIATELY met with attitude and rudeness. I was immediately uncomfortable and was shocked since the gentleman before was such a nice guy! Then I go into the appointment, the older lady who spoke to me on the phone, she asks me what are you looking for him to get done today? I said I'm not sure this is my first time making an appointment for my dog (i only used to just drop my parents dogs off and pick them up at their groomers kuts and kisses) then she proceeds to tell me that they don't cut Pomeranians hair because it damages their hair....(my parents have a Pomeranian and gets hair cuts all the time with no issue ) so I'm like okay and they take him back. 20 or so minutes later they call saying he is ready to pick up. When I pick up my dog, I didn't notice at first but when I got to the car she did cut his hair and it was TERRIBLY DONE!! She literally said they don't cut Pomeranians hair??? AND ITS CUT UNEVEN !! It's not even cut symmetrically, his left side of his face is longer than the left and his back legs are still raggly when at a proper groomer it would be straight and precise as with Kuts & Kisses. I am autistic so confrontation is not my strong suit so I just paid and still gave her a tip and left. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, lack of information for grooming services & have never seen such a bad haircut on a dog ever. Kuts & Kisses does an amazing job on my mom's Pomeranian, chihuahua and shetland sheepdog so I know what a good groom looks like and this was just done so so poorly. I wouldn't recommend the older lady cutting your dog's hair if you decide to go here. If she didn't work there I would go back because the guy who runs the place is very nice, and would love to see how he grooms but her behavior made me uncomfortable and never want to go back.
