Wir wurden sehr freundlich, kompetent und geduldig beraten und nebenher gabs noch jede Menge hilfreiche Extra-Tipps. Als unsere Fluggesellschaft mal eben unseren Rückflug verlegt hatte, hat Frau Engel ihrem Namen alle Ehre gemacht und noch in letzter Minute alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, damit wir einen passenden Flug bekamen.
