Picked up the mobile hotspot easily from the Barcelona Airport and dropped it off just as easily at a mailbox in the Madrid Airport. 6.99€ per day for unlimited internet bandwidth shareable amongst multiple devices is hard to beat. It definitely beats the $10 per day that my carrier charges. Seeing how connected we are these days and how dependent we are on our smartphones for directions, communication & reviews, picking up a mobile hotspot is a no-brainer. I will never...ever...ever travel without WiFi again. EVER…read more After my trip to Tokyo, I realized that constantly having a WiFi signal is crucial to the success of my vacations. So when we booked our trip to Barcelona I immediately looked for folks that offered a pocket WiFi. Wifivox seems to be the leader in the industry - and I can see why. It was about €48 euros for 5 days of unlimited internet. ALWAYS had a super strong signal, even when traveling on Metro - and went to Monserrat and Figueres and still had great signal. Used the WiFi to get directions (THIS IS THE BEST), search nearby for recommendations on Yelp (DUH), keep in contact with family, post photos to Facebook to make all my friends jealous (duh), browse the web on long train rides...and everything else you do when you are on WiFi. The top two - getting directions and searching Yelp - are SO crucial to having a good time on vacation - at least for me. On our last day in Spain we had a 24 hour connection in Madrid - with no portable WiFi. We made plans before we left the hotel WiFi and when we arrived to the restaurant it was packed with no tables. AH, no worries, I'll just check for another restaurant. Oh wait...I can't. We ended up at a great place by doing the old "Let me peek at the menu and see how packed the places is as a good sign they are legit", but it would of been great to search nearby. Direction were also tough. While Google maps is viewable, it's so much better to have it live and it's telling you the direction you are traveling in (as to avoid going the wrong way a few blocks, till you catch your mistake) or having it map the fastest/easiest route for you. The batteries lasted us a long time - and we were able to charge it on the go when we needed to. The device and charger are super lightweight and easy to carry around. The process of getting/returning the device is super easy. You rent it online and can have have it delivered to your hotel. Pick it up at check in - and then send it back with a prepaid envelope at the end of your trip. That's it! Do it next time you are traveling abroad - I know I always will.

There were times when I was frustrated but after talking to other people who also had to go through the same thing they said it took time. Also, the legal requirements by the country is in constant review so expect to be asked to provided proof of documents. Also, the office has a lot of clients that they also have to tend to. The key is to be patient and keep track of all the documents that you've submitted and also do your due diligence to research and ask questions if you're not clear. The attorney has but so much control over what they can do.

I hired them because I expected experienced immigration lawyers to ensure that my application was complete and that all required documents were submitted correctly. Unfortunately, my application was rejected due to what I believe was the omission of a basic required document. This resulted in approximately seven months of lost time, additional expenses, disrupted travel arrangements, and a great deal of unnecessary stress. Communication throughout the process was one of the biggest problems. Emails were often answered very late, and in many cases my questions were simply ignored. Instead of receiving clear answers to straightforward legal questions, I repeatedly had to follow up without getting the explanations I was asking for. Even after the rejection, I requested a legal explanation for why the missing document had not been identified before the application was submitted, but I did not receive a satisfactory answer. What made the situation even more frustrating was being asked to pay additional fees to resubmit the application or file an appeal instead of receiving accountability for what I believe should have been identified before submission. Based on my experience, I expected much higher standards of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from a law firm handling immigration matters.

I got back 1100 Euro. I said that is wrong should be $1400 Euros .Then he says there is a 16% commission. I had not taken the Euros from his window tray, I said give me my $2000 back, He says we do not do refunds. I agreed to get ripped off on the exchange rate because I was tired, I got robbed on the commission because I explicitly asked what my cost per Euro would be and he didn't disclose the hidden 16% fee.. I had not taken the Euros from his window tray. There was a reason Jesus cast out the money lenders. Western Union is unethical.

I had a relatively complicated case that included termination during a medical leave, stock options, a bonus that was not defined properly, and other factors. Further, they had to atke over the case from a lawyer I had tried to work with in the months before, who was not getting results, which makes their job more complicated. They are both intelligent strategists, and have excellent communication skills. I left my last lawyer for being vague, slow to respond, and uninformative. These guys are fantastic--not only in easing your mind by knowing the status of your claim(s), but because their stratgies are sound and they explain why they choose each of their strategies. With any law case, you'll have some facts to choose from to use or not: I trust both of these guys to choose an appropriate strategy to win. Yesterday, they won my case, and in a timeline I really did not anticipate. That is, they've won in my favor on a faster timeline than I expected. I can't thank them enough and I would recommend them to anyone who was an employee and needs to go through the sometimes unpleasant process of claiming what is rightfully owed to them. They both speak English quite well, if it is more comfortable for you, too.
