Had a fun visit to this dispensary. It's definitely very large and it's more than just a dispensary. They also have stores, gift shop and restaurants. Be aware you do have to be 21 to even enter this property which I didn't realize. After you check in, they give you a number and then when your number is called, you go to that register. The customized one on one service is outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable , which was a huge help since I really don't know much about This. They explained everything in great detail and gave me all the different options and price points . Jerry was patient and very kind and I ended up choosing some items that I thought were great. I highly recommend this dispensary due to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I was really excited to visit Planet 13 while on vacation from Miami. Unfortunately, my experience did not go as expected. Upon my arrival, the customer service agent in the photo below had a noticeable attitude. While I was waiting for my partner to complete their purchase--I had already been there for about 20 minutes--I took a quick photo of the building's floor design (also shown below). The same employee, who refused to provide her name, abruptly told me to leave the building for taking a picture. I have the entire incident recorded on video for proof. When I mentioned that I would be reaching out to corporate, she again refused to give her name, which is also captured on video. After I began recording, she attempted to get security involved to control the narrative, but the footage clearly shows what happened. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that depends on customer experience. People like her should not be representing your brand, especially in a customer service position. Based on her demeanor and behavior, she may have even been under the influence while working. I have already reached out to Planet 13 corporate and am waiting for a callback. I'll also be sharing my experience on TikTok so others are aware of what happened. read more

This is one of my favorite places to visit in Vegas. The Dazed lounge is an awesome Experience. Although the pre-rolls and flower are expensive, just remember you are paying for the experience. The joints are $18 - $25. My wife seemed to like her infused drinks. The dispensary had a wide selection of all things weed. The flower prices range from $80 - $19 for a 3.5g. You can easily find a very good $19 option. The only down side was the wait at the dispensary. Waited almost an hr on a Monday. No staff on Monday's I guess. Waited about 20 mins ln Saturday so a little better on the weekend. Go to lounge first because you can't bring any product inside of the lounge. They do have lockers to put your stuff in though. read more

Second visit express again yet I waited longer than any express line I've been to at least 40 mins. On top of that there was group in the line with me which we discussed the express line is terrible but we all watch a gentleman pull someone who wasn't in the express line and check them out. I ask the bud tender hey I'm not sure if you were aware but theirs people waiting in the express line the bud tender became extremely aggressive stating why did I call him out. I ask for a manger because I felt the customer service needed to be addressed . She did nothing told me to mind my own business. This was the worst experience from a customer service base operation btw I teach customer service to my staff at my current employer. If you go to this place don't place an express order or don't ask for help their staff is rude and dont seem interested in helping customers and starts from management . Out of town friends were visiting us in Las Vegas, and drove them around town to show different things about our city. We stopped by at Planet 13 because they have never seen anything like it before. They went inside and purchased some items, I'm really not sure what because I don't know anything about the product they sell. I personally didn't go inside. They told me that everything was "alien" to them, lol. But employees were very helpful and patient with them, and explained everything they needed to know. It's so empty and dead inside because standing around is such an issue. False Advertising Bought a half oz that was advertised as 24.8% THC but the product I got said 20.7%. First I emailed them and got no response then I called customer service and got an answering machine, left a message still nothing. I then called again and was put on the phone with someone who said they were the head of e-commerce. She couldn't be bothered. All she was willing to do was transfer me back to that same answering machine which she knew no one would pick up and when I asked her if she could walk the call over she giggled, said the phones were on cords and transferred me anyway. I'm sure she was really busy and I'm so sorry that I inconvenienced her. These guys stay pulling the old switch a roo hoping that no one notices. Idk why I keep coming back here. * Disclaimer - this is a review from someone who does not partake. My husband and I have been here twice. The first time was an amazing experience and I would've given it 4/5 stars (they lost a star for being out of a lot of what my husband wanted to purchase). However the second time completely soured the experience for us. The place was overly crowded, yet again they were out of EVERYTHING. Like I began to wonder if it was a joke - out of probably about 25 products my husband asked for they had less than 5. And of those 5 a few weren't even what he was looking for, but a different variety they tried to sell instead of what they were sold out of. The first time we went we went to the bar as well. As someone who doesn't partake I was absolutely not interested, and if I'm honest pictured some grimey smokey dive bad environment. And much to my surprise it was anything but that. The bar is clean and airy and a great environment for anyone to enjoy. We left stoked that we found somewhere enjoyable for us both. The second time though wow - what a different vibe. The host was SO RUDE. And I was a host for 5 years, I give a LOT of grace because burn out and bad days happen but she treated us like dirt on the bottom of her shoe when we said we didn't have a reservation. We accepted our hour long wait and sat on a bench waiting. Now that I knew they took reservations I casually went on open table and say that there were reservations open sooner than our wait time! I was sure she was quoting us out the door. I tried to take one of the sooner reservations but because it is all tied to your phone number it wouldn't allow me to without cancelling our current one (what??) turns out she had just made us a reservation for an hour later. I didn't want to cancel this just in case, so I went up to them and asked why there was sooner reservations if we were quoted an hour and she told me because that's when our reservation is. Totally trying to gaslight me. I didn't even know where to go from there... we were a walk up and she made the reservation.. I was fuming because again she said none of this with a good attitude, but I swallowed how I really felt and went back to waiting. When we finally got called (at exactly one hour later - which I'm sure isn't a coincidence) we were let in to a virtually empty bar. I don't know if this was intentional or bad management but it was shocking. We were outside waiting for an hour when we could have been inside spending money! We ended up having to leave shortly after as we are from LA and this was the weekend of the Palisades fire and we ended up having to rush home to be ready for evacuation. What was the final straw was about a week later I realized my ID was missing. I retraced my steps and realized the last place I remember using it was Planet 13. I called and sure enough they did have my ID. They said I could come get it and I explained I am now back home and that isn't possible and could it be mailed. She said no. I asked if i could pay for a UPS/Fedex label and send it so it cost them nothing out of pocket. Hello - this is vegas - I can't be the first out of town guest to leave an ID behind... She sighed and said she'd check with her manager. I never heard back even after I followed up. I finally gave up and ordered a new one from the DMV. Since my girlfriends had never been, we made sure we visited so that we all had a chance to look around to see if there were any items that we wanted. One of my friend's husband's has back aches so she was able to find a product that helped assist with the pain which she was happy about. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded so we were able to really take our time and read through all the details for each item. Once we all picked out our items, we had to wait for our name to be called in order to purchase them. Even though our name was first on the list, it took them over 30+ minutes to call us up. We were unsure what the issue was so we had to get a staff member's attention to assist us and they profusely apologized for the wait. A lot of items I went looking for were marked "out of stock." I figured out a second choice while waiting for a turn at the register. It was a fairly long wait since it was very busy. When I got to the register, my second choice was out of stock, so I was given a few suggestions based on what I chose. Then I was able to bundle my purchase with my friend's to get a discount. We were originally planning on getting lunch here, but the restaurant had closed down and there was nothing in its place. I visited this business last week while on vacation in Las Vegas, as I had heard a lot about it. To start with a positive note - it's an impressive building with different areas including dispensary, merchandise shop, consumption lounge, tattoo parlor, etc. The fact that it's a fun place to walk around makes it even more disappointing that it's a complete rip off. We had our drivers license scanned at entry (which is common in any state with dispensaries including NJ where I live), and I honestly think they alert the employees inside that you are from out-of-state so they can proactively plan the games they play. They take your cell phone number so they can text you when they're ready to serve you. In the meantime, you walk around and browse the dozens of showcases to decide what you want. Of course, none of the items list any prices. When the Budtender - I wish I got his name, but didn't - was ready for us, we went to the counter. I ended up asking for 2 different types of edibles; not a big order, but was only there for a few days. I immediately thought something was a bit "off" when he a) told me that my total was $90(!!); and b) didn't give me a receipt even after I asked for one. However, I have seen some edibles in my home state sells for $40 per bag so I thought maybe they just had inflated prices. After returning home, I did an online search of the 2 edibles purchased because I was curious to see feedback from others. What I found was that the actual cost of these edibles was about 1/3 of what he had charged me INCLUDING ON PLANET 13'S OWN WEBSITE. I also discovered that on Yelp, Google, and several other sites - there are multiple reviews claiming the same ripoff tactics as I experienced. I wish I had seen them earlier. I realize that Vegas is full of ripoffs at every turn, but I made the incorrect assumption that this place was regulated by the state and therefore on the up & up. I did notice another review response here, they stated "discounts for local and loyalty members" which is nonsense. If you post a price, that's the price. I can understand there possibly being a discount for a "loyalty" program, but that shouldn't be the posted price on the website... and 2 items totaling around $35 should not cost $90 when checking out. I did go into the "Contact" section on their website to share my anger over this situation, but of course it was ignored. So now I'm going to post on every website possible so that people know that this place is not to be trusted. It really is a shame because the building itself is beautiful, and they could probably make a ton of money just running an honest business, but greed apparently rules here. In summary: I DO NOT recommend this place at all, as there are many other dispensaries in the area (someone told me that NuWu is much better although I did not visit; next time I will). If you do decide to go here, do your homework beforehand and KNOW what the product costs are listed on the website. NOTE: I tried to post my review on Google but Google has temporarily shut off the ability to post a review "due to a suspiciously large amount of positive reviews" (that helped to push a bunch of negative ones further down so they have less chance of being seen). It's a shame that this place doesn't just try to improve their business instead of trying to hide their scams for future visitors. read more
