Out of town do I went here for a workout. Friendly staff. Plenty of equipment. Clean. I like that they have the local channels in the TV's. At my hometown planet fitness the have FOX news and CNN and a couple of ESPN channels. Here they have the Food Network, HGTV as well as local FOX, ABC. CBS, NBC and the CW. I like that. read more

The things I love most about Planet Fitness are the rates are unbeatable, hours of operation, equipment variety, several step climbers that are always in working condition unlike other facilities, ease of check in, the option to bring a friend every time if you wanted to and the number of locations in several states. Do not open an account with Planet Fitness on Pass Road in Biloxi. If you want to cancel your account they will ignore you and continue processing monthly charges... even to the extent if you close your bank account they will do a credit search and process against an account you never authorized them to access. Beware. According to them accounts can only be closed in-person on-site, or by written letter. Well I tried both. Employees say they are just employees and cannot close the account, and it seems they do not get mail delivery. Class Action Lawsuit anyone? read more

I've been going to this location for over 15 years and was a member of World Gym here before the conversion. I travel a great deal and have had more gym memberships than I can count, but have ways maintained my PF membership. For the money, I truly do not believe there is a better gym out there. That aside, the facility is always clean, the people are friendly and always take the time to say hello in a friendly manner and help me out in anyway that I've ever needed. I've come home to Mississippi several times overthe years to recoopeeate from one surgery or another and each time I rebuilt myself in this gym that is based off no judgment, a community feel and overall kindness. I've been to quite a few PF, and this is one of the worst ones. It's quite small and the building is outdated. Having said that, they have most of the same equipment as anywhere else. They do not have a place to stretch though so I was randomly stretching by the cardio equipment. I don't live in Biloxi so this isn't my "home" PF. If it was, I think I'd be a bit disappointed compared to other locations nation-wide. read more

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Today was my first day and I was quite nervous, but it seems like they take their motto "judgement free zone" very seriously. The Biloxi PF is a terrific club! The staff is friendly and professional and does a great job of keeping the club clean and the equipment well-maintained. For most people this club has everything you will need to stay in great shape. The club has no free-bar bench presses or squat racks (only Smith racks), so if you are a hardcore lifter Planet Fitness might not be the club for you. For everyone else you will really like this PF. read more

PF is very clean with a well mannered staff on hand. I only do cardio and light lifting here. If you are the hardcore lifter type then Iron Works is the place to go. Never really seems overcrowded and the 24/7 hours is the best part, especially if you have a crazy work schedule. read more

Great membership prices and 24/7 access! This gym is not centered around heavy lifting. The limited amount of weights on ez-curl bars and limited weights on dumbbells are definitely a negative! To many people, though, it has everything you need for a cheap monthly price. If you are advanced or need heavy dumbbell's (over 80lbs.), then you should probably look elsewhere. read more

Business is unsanitary with lazy staff. Restrooms or dirty and no toilet paper. Weights are left on machines and staff does nothing to fix the problem. Tanning rooms have hair all over the floor. When these complaints were brought to the attention of staff and I asked for the manager's name and number ( because there was no manager on duty) I was told that she could not be contacted because she is off. I was also told that I don't have to work out there today. Considering the unhygienic conditions along with the condescending and inflammatory staff it would be wise to take your $25 a month to another gym. It might just save your life from a staff infection. read more

My complaint isn't with the business itself. It's clean. Recently updated. I enjoy when I'm there. Most of the staff is friendly and smiling. I also really enjoy the private room. Doing my own thing with little audience. Recently though one of the employees has been using it as his personal hangout with his high school looking friends. he even had a tiff with a girlfriend in there. He lays up on the exercise balls and chats and flirts and gets paid for it. I get it it's a laid back job but if there is time to lean (on the balls) there is a time to clean. I will just say I became very spoiled with my former gym in Kansas. I am used to training with olympic weights, TRX, circuit rooms, indoor track, indoor/outdoor pools, sauna and hot tubs, basketball courts....lets just say the works. All of that for only $30 a month. Now that's off my chest... I move around a lot so its very hard to for me to make a long term commitment to a gym. Planet Fitness has made it possible for me to pay month by month and not sign any contracts. The staff is nice. The equipment is nearly new. I like that it is open 24 hours and it is a very close to where I live and work. The only down side is that it is extremely busy between 5-8pm and it is very hard to go through your workout with out having to make adjustments or wait for equipment. For there area I think it is a very good choice for anyone wanting the basics. read more

I have been apart of the Planet Fitness family for over 5 years.This location is the WORST location I have ever been to. They are SO rude in customer service. I phoned them with a billing issue and rather than helping me fix my problem they did absolutley nothing but repeat themselves on the contract and made a point they could do nothing to help me. I had help from another locations manager and even at that, the Biloxi location denied to help me further and made it even more difficult to cancel my membership. To this day, I still have not canceled my membership, as I have been very leingent with the process I have no other option but to go to my bank and begin a claim. The facility was always dirty, especially the tanning beds that were disgusting and never cleaned, hairs inside of the glass and dirt all around the bed, including the outside and shell. I could see debris on the floor and the equipment was never clean or some out of order. I stayed with this gym because I was a LOYAL customer ... Now, I will NEVER be back & I will take my issue with me and tell everyone how terrible my service was in hopes they do not join this crappy gym. read more

Nice , clean , good-sized gym. I've bought day passes while here on business several and it was more than adequate. The day pass rate ($20) is a little steep, but there's that whole beggars/ choosers thing and there aren't a lot of other options that I'm aware of. Really crowded in the evenings - but that's to be expected of most gyms. Nice staff, decent equipment, just overpriced day passes- I'm sure membership is really reasonable. read more

This place sucks!! I wish they would shit it down. The worker verbally told me about the $10 a month, cancel anytime with no fees. That was a lie, if you cancel your membership they charge you. It's basically a 12 month contract that they don't tell you about. The faculty sucks, the manger sucks, the place sucks, the location sucks. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Friendly staff, pretty clean, I only have one complaint: their wifi internet is the slowest I've ever encountered at a gym. You can't stream video and sometimes can't listen to music through Spotify, Songza, etc. I don't know if they're being cheap about it or what but you should have good wifi at a gym. read more

This was a fine location for a long time until today, I plugged into devices that I normally play again but are used to put them underneath the Hydro bed in the back instead today I plugged them in in the little closet I haven't harassed anyone in any form shape or manner I haven't stolen anything I was given no warning I was given no exclamation they had my stuff in a little bag and then told me that my membership is terminated and then when I left they had police waiting outside for me that told me that I couldn't come back and that I was trespassing if I did it was extremely embarrassing and humiliating I don't know why they did this to me if it was some sort of strange personal thing that one of them had something against me or what but I truly do not recommend planet fitness whatsoever at all if they did this to me they could do it to you the night shift guy after 10 is really cool he should get a promotion for just working at that place but the rest of them I don't know which one of them made this decision against me I definitely don't appreciate it it was very childish to terminate my membership and then called the police on me and tell me I can't come back I was given no explanation absolutely none and I hope that this does not happen to anyone else because it happened to me and it can happen to you I recommend immediately everyone that has a membership to this place to terminate their own membership before they are in barest like I was I didn't steal anything I didn't hurt anyone I didn't harass anyone physically or mentally I haven't fought with anyone I didn't do anything wrong at all and they just up and terminated my stuff and then had me banned from there with no exclamation I definitely called corporate and left a message and in the morning I'm going to be calling corporate again and I will leave a message with and call corporate every single day until I get some sort of answer for this and I will leave this yelp review and if it gets deleted I will make another one similar to it And I will continue making yelp reviews similar to this one if it gets deleted over and over and over again until this is resolved read more

Beware of this planet fitness!!! I have been loyal member of this facility for over a year. Today as I was working out on the elliptical machine I was approached by an employee who instructed me to take out my headphones. I did so, he proceeded to accuse me of hitting his side view mirror (I had been there for 30 mins already) yelling and cursing at me. I informed him that I did not hit his mirror to my knowledge but if he wanted to show me the damage I would be more than happy to pay for it. He continued to curse loudly at me as I was following him thru the fitness center and out the door. There was no new damage to his vehicle nor mine. I told him I would be more than happy to pay for it if he could just show me where the damage was, he didn't He then threw his hands up in the air curse and said "all you people are the same". I had no choice but to go back in to the facility to retrieve my belongings that I left on the machine. I then asked to get the name and number of the franchise owner from the front desk staff. I was told they didn't have that information but that I could talk to the general manager who was there at the time. He came out to speak to me and told me he had spoken with the disgruntled employee and that he was instructed not to speak to me when I was in the facility. I explained to him that I was completely traumatized and embarrassed by that male employee aggressively approaching and cruising at me and that I felt unsafe and fear his retaliation on me or my vehicle. I tan there, I use the locker room there, now I don't feel comfortable at the place my husband, my friends, my neighbors, and I all pay to go to. I called to follow up on the outcome of my complaint and so far I was told that it is his word against mine because they didn't get any of members names that were there to witness it and the rest of the staff was busy and didn't see anything. So much for "no gymtimidation" and "judgement free zone". Now I just have to be worried about being harassed, threated, and bullied by the employees. I give four stars for the gym itself due to the 24/7 access, the short distance from my house and the price! On the other hand, if I could just give the employees a star rating, it would probably be at about a two. Let me be more specific, the night staff have always been great! Welcoming, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately with my work and school schedule I've had to start working out during the day and let me say the staff is like day and night (pun intended). When you walk in the door there are usually about 3 staff members standing around talking. Most of the time they won't even take a break from their conversations to acknowledge you. You have to pretty much say "Hi! I'm here to workout, please take my number!" And even when you do give them your number you're lucky to get a grunt in response. There has only been one day staff member who hasn't been like all the others, unfortnately I don't know his name, but he is the only blonde guy who works there. He has always been friendly and he always greets me when I arrive and when I leave! He is very nice and I wish I encountered him on more than just Saturday and Sunday. Besides the day staff I love going to PF and I will continue to deal with the poor customer service that comes with working out during the day. read more
