I've been going there for three years. It's very clean, and planet fitness personnel are very warm, friendly and polite

So the only reason it's 4 stars is because Vicki acknowledges me every time I walk through the door. As opposed to the two girls who ignored me and played on their phones as I walked past them on Sunday afternoon. A little hello wouldn't hurt. I enjoy working out here. I do wish they would bring in a Jacobs Ladder. Destin does an amazing job cleaning too. Your weekend people suck and need training and leadership. read more

I'm a Black card member who's backpacking with my girlfriend along the route of the Florida Trail. I was harassed in the lounge area as to whether I was a member presumably because my packs seemed out of place. Which wouldn't have bothered me if not for the fact that the employee soon afterwards accused me of exchanging drugs with my girlfriend when I gave her a 2mg loperamide pill from Walgreens for her diarrhea. Also, according to my girlfriend, the showers were very unclean and this fact is corroborated by recent reviews. I've been to multiple Planet Fitness locations in this area of Florida and I am appaled by how bad the Inverness location was, and how unwelcome I was made to feel. read more

This gym is like every other gym, nothing wrong with it and you know what you're getting. They have one of their former customers is on here defemating each company she interacts with if they don't put up with her threats. Doing this to save a good businesses that don't deserve it. read more

The hours of operation are when they feel like it. They are late opening OFTEN and rude to you when they do open the door. The managers are biased so don't even bother making a complaint about an employee because they actually have you file it with THAT employee rather than the manager. There's a creepy, older guy (late 50's) who walks around the gym and stares at you then comes up and asks your age. I'm sure he's gotten complaints but he's still there. The patrons "wipe down" the equipment leaving it sopping wet. The gym stays dirty, while the overweight employees stand around, judging the patrons. They should remove the 'no' in judgement zone because even the Lunk definition they have, is clearly judgmental. The staff are a holes. They keep the yellow caution signs in the MIDDLE of walkways, suggesting they've done something. Spot painted posts. Overweight "personal trainers". NO fitness classes, ever! The managers follow you around and harass you while you work out. I spoke to an employee over the phone and s/he sounded very scripted, almost robotic. These people are brainwashed liberals. If the staff doesn't like you, you WILL be discriminated against. There are A LOT of lawsuits against this company. This actually reminds me of the Nazi days. There's a far better gym with 2 huge pools, a LOT of exercise classes and the staff leave you alone. This place thrives on drama and if there isn't any, they concoct it. I've been working out for over 30 years and have never experienced such a toxic gym. EVER! I suspect there are a few lawsuits against this gym in particular. read more

It's a shame. This gym is the only one around. The staff is tyrannical and toxic. All kinds of drama started when the wo man from Ohio transferred. Never experienced this sort of toxicity with the staff in a gym before. EVER! Normally, you check in and workout. She just can't. She'll chase you down to correct something, redo another. No fitness classes- false advertising! There's a worker guy that lingers and stares/creeps at you for hours. It's Crowded, with broken machines; they never change the tanning bulbs. Rude workers. Managers are biased. read more

A severe mask Nazi in the early morning hours is there. Socially distanced and in between sets I was told I had to have my mask on. While I told her that I was in between sets and was not walking around, she argued with me and told me I had to have it on to keep everyone happy. read more

Never had a bad experience and employees have always been nice and helpful . Overall very clean place that is kept up. Yeah sometimes machines are down but it's life, things break. read more

I was banned 8 months ago for something I had said to an unfriendly rude night shift employee that was trying to set rules that the morning shift has never had any of us customers ever do in the year+ I was going. Which mine you the manger worked every morning and never said a word to me about this rule. But we had a disagreement and was told the next day, I was banned. To than have another employee get in my face from on the other side of the counter while the " manager" who were all young young adults running the place, didn't know what to do. Because they're ALL 23 years or younger running the place. I was a very very loyal 5-6 times a week customer for over a year with never a single problem until that one night I decided to go in. I called for weeks and months, apologizing. Even though I shouldn't have. The customer is usually always right and they did not once try to get my side or ask me anything about the incidents. Just banned a loyal customer, which I love and miss going to that gym! Never once had a problem. Seems to me a lot of people have been banned without a real reasons just they didn't like how they got spoke talked etc. but it's ok for them to be that way towards us and if they don't like how we talk and it upset them, they get us banned and don't speak to the paying customer and get to the bottom of it. No one was hurt, no one was violent, nothing was that serious. It was over goggles for the tanning bed. Maybe a write up or first time Warning but to banned someone. Without speaking to them fl hey their side of the story, so is one sided and not truly caring about your paying customers. Look at all your reviews it speaks a lot about your employees. read more

There was an incident where a man came over and got on the cable machine that we were in the middle of using and he would not leave when I asked him to twice. My husband came back from getting a handle and asked the guy to please leave. The guy got nasty with us but ultimately left. He finished his work out for another 30 or so minutes and THEN when up to the counter and told the staff that my husband pushed him. No hands were ever laid by any party as seeing as my husband is law enforcement, he knows what is acceptable and what is not. Staff came over and asked him to leave pending review by management on Monday. Management told us after supposedly reviewing the tape that my husband did not push the guy but that he was being cancelled anyways. They also said the other guy would be cancelled too. However he wasn't and is still going to that location. When we called to speak to the manager Scott we were told he was in a meeting however we were staring right at him through the window and he was goofing off. I brought my concerns to two other managers since then, have done a customer complaint form, contacted via social channels and no one with speak to me about the issue. My husband was very wrongly terminated, his reputation tarnished due to the false accusations made and we were lied to by management. I was told that the regional manager would call me today and here I sit at 3pm without said phone call. The least someone could do is hear us out. read more

Nicest Gym within 30 minutes around. All the equipment is brand new, and the staff upkeeps everything in great shape.
