They have been amazingly friendly and helpful. We were given very detailed instructions on a wide variety of equipment. There are free weights and weight machines. There are two pools, and two gymnasiums. I really like the elliptical machine. We both got very good work outs. The entire facility is a bit dated. But the place is spotless. Riding a bike machine while looking out over the harbor makes the time go by. What my wife and I liked a lot as many folks there are our age (60's); and everyone was friendly and willing to help. After my workout I felt better than I have in a long time. I look forward to becoming a regular. I was once a table tennis champion. There is already some smack talk about me going up against the players there. Although this is a membership facility, day passes are available for people passing through the area.
